Shooting Incident
KABATAN - Shooting incident transpired at Purok
Mapailobon 2, Barangay Kabatan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:00
pm of January 21, 2017 wherein victim identified as Romnick Aquino Redula, 29
years old, male, fisherman and a resident of same place was shot by a certain Jelvin
Magarao Alias “J0ng J0ng”, and a resident of Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur
with the use of unkn0wn cal. after receiving the report. Said victim was
br0ught to MRH for treatment but also forwarded to Provincial Center, Dao,
Pagadian City due to his critical c0nditi0n. PNP elements of Sagun MPS conducted
hot pursuit operation for the possible arrest of the suspect.
Vehicular Accident
DUMALINAO - Vehicular traffic accident transpired
at Purok Tiligaynon, Rebokon, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:45 PM of January
21, 2016wherein utility vehicle (isuzu) color yellow, driven by Quirino
Patricio Tumanday, 30 years old, married and a resident of Purok Dancing Lady,
San Agustin, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur and single motorcycle wizard, color
black with plate no. sy5494 driven by Tata Tambagal and a resident of Lapuyan,
Zamboanga Del Sur with two (2) back rider named Ruth Tambagal, 38 years old and
Decia Abang, 45 years old and also a resident of aforesaid place. As a result,
the driver and two back riders were immediately rushed to Margosatubig Hospital
for immediate medication. Both vehicles were brought to Dumalinao MPS, for
proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person
PAGADIAN CITY - PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS led
by Spo3 Carlos D Omentic, conducted manhunt operation at Purok Mangga, Barangay
Santo Ñino, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 6:30 AM of January
20, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Peter Canol Oaminal, 45 years age,
married and a resident of Purok Mangga, Barangay Santo Ñino, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of sec. 5 (a) R.A
9262, docketed under criminal case number 12913-2k16, issued by Hon. Benjamin
Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge Of RTC, Branch 22, Pagadian City Dated January 6,
2017. With bail bond recommended amounted to five thousand pesos (₱5,000.00).
arrested subject person is presently detained at Pagadian CPS for proper
disposition..
Arrest of Wanted Person
PAGADIAN
CITY - Two wanted persons were nabbed by operatives of Pagadan CPS during police operation (service of warrant of
arrest) at Purok Orchids, Barangay Bomba, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 AM on January 21, 2017. Arrested were Junerie Bunghanoy, 27 years
old, male, carpenter and a resident of Purok Orchids, Barangay Bomba, Pagadian
City, Zamboanga Del Sur and his father Eduardo Sugayno Bunghanoy, 60 years old,
married, farmer, and also a resident of same place. Prior to the arrest, upon
arrival at said place, PNP personnel led by Spo2 Carlos D Omentic, warrant
server identified themselves as police officers and informed the suspect to
submit himself for the crime he committed but refused and resisted by holding a
bolo tacked on his waist and prompted the officers. Upon notice, the father of
the suspect came in front of him and spreading his hand and picked and prompted
again the arresting officers to prepare for the worst. The arresting officers
call for back-up and duty react team arrived and immediately takes a legitimate
course of action and arrested the two persons. suspect Junerie Bunghanoy has a
standing warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified trespass to dwelling
docketed under criminal case no. 17515 issued by Hon. Joel G Vercide, Presiding
Judge, MTCC9, Pagadian City with bail bond recommended amount to (p12,000.oo) . Arrested persons
are now under the custody of PCPS for proper disposition.
