STABBING INCIDENT IN DUMLINAO

On or about 10:50 in the evening of March 15, 2015, a stabbing incident transpired at Bustamante Mini Sari store situated at Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim was identified as a certain Dominador Neri Y Dela Cruz, of legal age, separated, laborer and a resident of Barangay Rebokon, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur was stabbed to death by unidentified suspect. Investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim was walking along the street particularly in front of dollar’s store going to town proper of Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur when he meets a group of unidentified persons and without any provocation stabbed the victim hitting the victim’s chest. Victim was able to run towards Bustamante Mini Sari-sari store to seek assistance but upon reaching the said store died on the spot while suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Dumalinao Police Station is now conducting depth investigation to identify the suspect and to determined the real motive of the incident.

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON IN MAGRGOSATUBIG

On or about 5:00 in the morning of March 15, 2015, joint PNP elements of Margos Police Station led by PSInsp Jonathan Presto Lladoc, cop and PNP personnel of  Argao Police Station, Argao, Cebu Province successfully arrested one (1) Edilberto Manalo Sumampong, 54 years old, married, filipino, farmer, male, and a resident of Sitio Samboang, Barangay Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of Two Counts Rape by virtue of warrant of arrest under criminal case number 05-006 and 05-007 issued by Honorable Judge Edilberto G. Absin of Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 29, Pagadian City with no bail bond recommended. Said accused was arrested at Poblacion, Argao, Cebu City and listed as number three (3) of the top ten MWP in Margosatubig AOR. arrested person is now in the custody of Margos Police Station to be turned-over to the office of RTC branch 29, Pagadian City for issuance of commitment order.

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON IN JOSEFINA

On or about 5:20 in the afternoon of March 16, 2015, PNP elements of Josefina Police Station led by PSInsp Rene Hailil Kunnairi proceeded to Purok Uno (1) Barangay Mansanas, Josefina, Zamboanga Del Sur and successfully arrested one (1) Rex Dalogdog Y Sumobang, 26 years old, single and a resident of Purok Four (4), Barangay Mansanas, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jaime B Caberte of RTC 9, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur, issued on February 17, 2015, for the crime of robbery and under criminal case number 2015-10-2930, with bail bond fixed to One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 120,000.00). Arrested suspect was listed as the top five (5) most wanted person of Josefina AOR. arrested person now temporarily detained at Josefina Police Station awaiting for issuance of commitment order from court.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur - On or about 7:45 o'clock in the morning of March 16, 2015, Hon. Ukol Maulana – Sangguniang Barangay member of Dinas Municipality personally appeared to Dinas Police Station and allegedly stated that on or about 7:30 0'clock in the morning of same date, a shooting incident transpired particularly at the gate Dinas Central Elementary School, Purok Santan, Poblacion, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as SPO1 Edwin Navaira Pascua, 43 years old, married, member of dinas police station and a resident of Purok Chandeller, Poblacion, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death by a suspects identified as one (1) Anwar Ansang with two (2) unidentified suspects with the used of caliber .45 and .9mm pistols based on the recovered three (3) cartridge cases of cal.45, one (1) cartridge case of cal. 9mm and one (1) fired bullet of cal.45 from the crime scene. SPO4 Panchito Ando Pacuma, MESPO responded to conduct investigation. initial investigation conducted revealed that while the victim was riding his single Honda XRM 125 color black and yellow combination from the aforesaid school campus going to Dinas Police Station for duty but upon reaching at the gate of the abovementioned school, the victim was blocked and stopped by the said suspects and without apparent reasons, shot the victim several times causing his untimely death. Victim sustained several gunshot wound on the different parts of his body. further investigation revealed that during the incident another victim identified as one (1) norhana molahaw, 15 years old, student of Dinas National High School and a resident of Sitio Quarry, Benuatan, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur was also hit on the right side of her body and was brought to Chavez Medical Clinic for treatment and later on rushed to Pagadian City for further medication. Cadaver of the victim was turned-over to his wife after the conduct of investigation and documentation while suspects fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. PNP personnel of Dinas Police Station are now conducting hot pursuit operation against the fleeing suspects.

Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur – On or about 2:00 in the afternoon of March 16, 2015 at Purok Kanipaan, Barangay Lower Sang-An, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) Hadad Guimba Y Mamasalagat, legal age, male, married, jobless, and a resident of Sitio Calipapa, Old Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot by the suspect identified as one (1)  Payadz Guimba Y Mamasalagat (brother of the victim) of legal age, jobless, and a resident of Sitio Calipapa, Old Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur using cal .45 based on testimony of the witness. Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, both suspect and victim were in hatred conversation prompting the suspect to shot the victim hitting his left leg. suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident while victim was rush to Pagadian City for medical treatment.
