Shooting Incident in Labangan  

Labangan- shooting incident occurred at about 7:00 PM of January 13, 2015 in Brgy old Labangan, Labangan. initial investigation conducted disclosed that victim identified as a certain Julieta Gore Y Maglangit, 50, female, married, sari-sari store vendor and a resident of abovementioned place was shot once (1) by unidentified suspect with the used of .45 caliber pistol based on the recovered fired empty cartridge in the crime scene. Investigation revealed that the suspect was wearing a mask slant bonnet to hid his identity pd victim sustained one (1) gunshot wound on the right back portion of her body and exited at her right breast while suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident pd motive of the incident is still to be determine. PNP team of Labangan MPS station now conducting follow up investigation for the solution of the case.

Shooting Incident in Labangan  

Labangan- shooting incident occurred at about 1:30 PM of January 13, 2015 at Purok Benito, Brgy. Tapodoc, Labangan, wherein victim identified as Danilo Salomon Y Dumadapat, 45, married, farmer/ tenant and a resident of the above mentioned place was shot by a suspect identified as Macmac Yacob, a resident of Brgy. Lower Sang-An, Labangan, with the used of carbine rifle. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim refuses to give a young corn to the aforesaid suspect who provoked him to shot the victim ones but luckily, the victim was not hit. Suspect fled towards unknown direction after the commission of the crime. Motive of the incident is personal grudge.

Attempted Arson in Pagadian City

Pagadian City –On or about 12:30 AM of January 13, 2015, two (2) unidentified male person attempted to burn the house of certain Bobby Lingating at Brgy. Dao, Pagadian City. Initial investigation disclosed that upon arrival in the above - mentioned residence, responding PNP team able to recovered two (2) incendiary  device outside the house of Bobby LINGATING and fortunately, the fire were not set in the house. The caretaker of said house saw two (2) unidentified male suspects running towards the street and eventually boarded an unknown type of single motorcycle and fled to unknown direction. Pagadian CPS is now conducting discreet investigation for possible arrest of the fleeing suspects and to determine the real motive of said incident.
