OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON IN AURORA

On or about 1:00 in the afternoon of January 07, 2015, PNP elements of Aurora Police Station led by PSInsp Heidel B. Te-Elan, OIC effected  the warrant of arrest against one (1) Albert Bajao Y Basilgo, 27 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Balintawak, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at their house in Barangay Balintawak, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest duly signed by Hon Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of Acts Of Lasciviousness in relation to R.A. 7610 and docketed under cc nr. 12-10, 917 per court order dated August 15, 2014 to serve his sentence per court judgment dated September 13, 2014. Subject person is now temporarily detained at aurora police station lock-up cell while waiting for the commitment order from the court for his transfer to Ramon Magsaysay Jail.

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON IN PAGADIAN CITY

On or about 12:55 in the afternoon of January 07, 2015 PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Psyche VI Labtang Barroquillo, OD proceeded to Purok San Francisco, Barangay San Jose, Pagadian City and successfully arrested one (1) Florence Lique Y Bacalso by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the MTCC 9th Judicial Region Br 01, Pagadian City with criminal case nr 16947 for the crime of Estafa (art 315) of RPC in relation to PD 115 signed by Hon Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge on the 16th day of June 2014. Suspect was brought and temp detained to Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell while waiting for court disposition order.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST LOOSE FIREARM IN TABINA

On or about 5:00 in the afternoon of January 7, 2015, PNP retired Elmer Mahilom personally came to Tabina Police Station informing that a commotion happened at port area particularly in front of Indanao Store, Poblacion, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of Tabina Police Station composed of PO3 Alimoden Lumcat Abang and PO1 Lemuel Ordiniza Toledo under the direct supervision of PSInsp Raymundo Salinding Mangual-OIC immediately proceeded to the place of incident to verify the veracity of the report and upon arrival at the above mentioned place, suspect was caught on the act possessing/holding caliber 45 pistol. Suspect was immediately arrested by same PNP team and brought to Tabina Police Station for interrogation and documentation. suspect was identified later as one (1) Julie Bert Padilla Y Pacin, 23 years old, single, and a resident of Purok Hilltop, Poblacion, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur. further investigation revealed that said suspect  had no firearms license nor permit to carry authorizing him to posses the said firearm. Recovered from the suspect was one (1) unit of unlicensed caliber 45 pistol with six live ammos and one (1) short magazine bearing serial nr 671630 and a markings COLT MK IV series 80. Subject person temp detained by Tabina Police Station lock-up cell while appropriate case is being prepared for filing against him.
