Jobless Man Nabbed In Aurora

Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur – Operatives of Aurora Police Station and Pagadian City Police Station nabbed a 36-year old jobless in Barangay Inagasan, Aurora at about 12:30 PM of January 2, 2015. Police Senior Inspector Heidel B Te-Elan, Aurora Chief of Police, identified the arrested as Rolly Maglangit Y Omandam, 36, jobless, presently residing at said place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of other light threats issued by Hon Pablito S. Pielago, Presiding Judge, MTCC Branch 02, Pagadian City docketed under Criminal case number 16846 with bail fixed at (P 2,000) for his temporary liberty.

Murderer Nabbed in Misamis Occidental

Misamis Occidental - Elements of Molave MPS conducted joint operation manhunt Charlie at Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental at about 3:30 PM of January 2, 2015. This resulted to the successful arrest of one Lemuel Enricuso Rodriguez, 28, resident of Barangay Tusic, Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder under criminal case no. 2014-10-2880 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave dated 25 September 2014 with no bail recommended.

Shooting Incident in Mahayag

Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur - Shooting incident transpired in Barangay Lower, Sto. Nino, Mahayag at about 5:00 PM of January 3, 2015. The victim was identified as Jimmy Alfanta Y Room, 37, married, farmer and a resident of above-mentioned place. He was shot by suspect identified as Patrick Inting Y Teves, 34, married, farmer, with the use of a 357 revolver. Investigation further disclosed that the victim was sitting beside the provincial road of the abovementioned place when suddenly suspect arrived riding his single motorcycle and shot the victim once hitting the right back portion of his head. Victim was immediately brought by the concern citizen to Salug Valley Medical Center for immediate medical attention and now in critical condition while suspect voluntarily surrendered at Mahayag Police Station together with his short firearm used in the commission of the offense right after the incident. The motive of the incident is extreme jealousy.

Senior Citizen Nabbed in Guipos for Rape

Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur – PNP elements of Guipos MPS affect the arrest of one Sidro Olayer Alias Isidro Edod, 73, married, jobless, at about 9:00 PM of January 3, 2015.  Suspect was successfully arrested while hiding in his residential house situated at the Barangay Poblacion, Guipos by virtue of alias warrant of arrest for violation of statutory rape under criminal case number 2006-10-1842 issued by Hon Loreto C. Quinto, Presiding Judge Of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave with no bail recommended. He was properly turned-over to PNP elements of Molave MPS for his temporary detention while waiting for court commitment order.

Motor Vehicular Traffic Accident in Tigbao

Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur - Motor vehicular traffic accident occurred at about 3:00 PM of January 3, 2015 at National Highway, Barangay Begong, Tigbao, wherein one single MC Honda wave bearing temporary plate number 090109, color blue with black combination, driven by Joshua Dano Ebarle, 21, resident of Pinig Libano, Dumalinao, was accidentally sideswiped by a Toyota for tuner 4x2 color black, bearing plate number KGK-523, owned and driven by Ali Mamintong Y Abdulrahem, 54, married, residence of Pagadian City together with his two (2) passengers identified as Hajeem Abu Mamintong and Suhora Abu Mamintong. investigation conducted by Tigbao MPS disclosed that the single MC was traversing going to Barangay Begong while the Toyota was going to Zamboanga City and both were running in same direction, however, upon reaching at the national highway, the Toyota overtook the said single MC but incidentally the single MC suddenly left turned and thereby the Toyota accidentally bumped and sideswiped the MC. As a result, the single MC swerved and crushed to the opposite lane bound while the Toyota accidentally turned turtle to the right extreme main canal due to an abrupt application of foot brake. The Toyota vehicle incurred heavy damage while the single MC incurred light damages. Both drivers to include the two (2) passengers of vehicle sustained slight injuries on the different parts of their bodies. Both the involved vehicles are now under the custody of Tigbao MPS for proper disposition.
