OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Man Nabbed For Double Attempted Murder Case

Pagadian City – Operatives of Pagadian City Police Office arrested a man who was inflicted in the double attempted murder case during manhunt operation in Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City at about 5:40 PM of January 9, 2015. Suspect Victor Moñuz Y Gutang was nabbed based on the standing warrant of arrest docketed in criminal case #11802-2k14 for the crime of double attempted murder. Prior to his arrest, Operatives of said police station received a report from the concern citizen that the suspect got wild at their residence. His neighbors were panic and reported to the assigned Pulis Sa Barangay, however, upon the arrival of the responding PNP personnel, the suspect ran and hide himself at the comfort room but luckily the responding police operatives trapped the suspect and successfully arrested. He is now temp detained at said police station while waiting the commitment order from the court.

PD 705 Violator Nabbed in Mahayag

Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur – Operatives of Mahayag Police Station nabbed a wanted woman during manhunt operation conducted in Barangay Poblacion, Mahayag at about 12:00 in the afternoon of Jnauary 9, 2015. Police Chief Inspector Homer Tragico Dumalag, Mahayag Chief of Police, identified the arrested person as Helen Adelante Y Araula aka Gingging, 42, married and a resident of Barangay Boñiao. Suspect has pending warrant of arrest for violation of sec 68 of PD 705 as amended under criminal case # 2014-10-2894 issued by Jaime B Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur dated 06 Jan 2015 with bail bond recommended in the amount forty thousand pesos (P 40,000.00). Accused is now temp detained at said police station for proper disposition.

SHOOTING INCIDENT IN SOMINOT

On or about 1:30 in the morning of January 10, 2015, one (1) Susana Mainar, Barangay Chairwoman of Lantawan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur called-up Sominot Police Station thru cellular phone call informing that a shooting incident transpired at Purok 6, Upper Sicpao, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur. Immediately, PNP elements of Sominot Police Station led by SPO3 Eulogio Pilapil Muñeza, proceeded to the reported place of incident purposely to verify and conduct investigation if affirmative. Upon arrival of the responding team, victim identified as Allan Sumalpong Y Dumagao Jr. 21 years old, high school student, residence of Purok 2, Barangay Lantawan of same municipality was found lying lifeless bathed with his own blood and sustained gunshot wounds on his head and body which resulted to his instantaneous death. Investigation conducted by Sominot Police Station disclosed that prior to the incident, said victim along with his cousin and relatives were having a drinking spree at the kitchen of the house which is made of bamboo materials owned by Certan Teodolfo Paalisbo situated at the abovementioned place.  During the course of their drinking session, an unidentified suspect coming outside of the kitchen of said house allegedly armed with m16 rifle suddenly shot the victim twice hitting on his body and suspect subsequently entered the said kitchen door and shot the victim on his head in closed range. Suspect immediately fled towards unknown direction after the incident while PNP elements of Sominot Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect. Evidence recovered from the crime scene are four (4) fired cartridge case of m16 rifle and to be turned-over to provincial crime laboratory for ballistic examination. SHOOTING INCIDENT IN TAMBULIG

On or about 12:40 in the afternoon of January 10, 2015 concerned citizen informed Tambulig Police Station thru cellphone call that a shooting incident transpired at Barangay Gabunon, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. Immediately, PNP personnel of Tambulig Police Station immediately proceeded to the aforementioned place to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation revealed that one Filma Camporedondo, 37 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Tuluan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot by two (2) unidentified suspects with the use of caliber .45 pistol type of handgun. While, suspects riding a single motorcycle. prior to the incident, victim Filma Camporedondo and her husband Junrey Camporedondo with their two (2) children Julito and Jade were riding on a single motorcycle from Barangay Tuluan Bound To Barangay Poblacion, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur and upon arrival at said place, said was shot by the suspects. Victim was immediately rushed to Blancia Hospital for medical treatment. Said victim sustained one (1) gunshot wound on her head. Suspects fled to unknown direction right after the incident. Recovered from the crime scene one (1) fire cartridge of cal .45 pistol. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. STABBING INCIDENT IN JOSEFINA

On or about 3:44 in the afternoon of January 10, 2015 mm one (1) Helen Martinez Gumanad, 40 years old, housekeeper, resident of Purok 1, Barangay Lampas An, Don Victoriano, Misamis Occidental personally appeared and reported to Josefina Police Station informing that on or about 3:00 in the afternoon of same date, her husband identified as Jimmy Roman Gumanad, 44 years old, farmer, resident of same place was stabbed by suspect identified as Banek Tañola, legal age, resident of Barangay Litapan, Josefina, Zamboanga Del Sur.  Based on the initial investigation conducted disclosed, that said victim attended/participated the Barangay Fiesta of Mansanas of same municipality when suddenly stabbed by the aforesaid suspect. Victim sustained two (2) stabbed wounds on his body and same was rushed to Emergency Hospital, Ozamis City for medical treatment. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident while PNP elements of Josefina Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation to possibly locate and arrest the suspect. CAMPAIGNAGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS IN PAGADIAN CITY

On or about 6:10 in the morning of January 10, 2015, joint intelligence operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and PAIDSOTF led by PSInsp Rommel Gabriel Etbew, intelligence officer, together with PInsp Avelmar Renan Ulpindo Garambas, intelligence officer, all under the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, COP conducted anti- drug buy bust operation at Amacan Videoke Bar located at national highway of Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Malcheil Nemaria y Labrador, 29 years old, male, married, truck driver by occupation and a resident of Purok Hillside, Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City. confiscated from his possession and control are two (2) small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, one (1) pc of aluminum foil and two (2) pcs one hundred peso bills as marked money bearing with serial nr BA121754 and EB957336. Confiscated shabu will be submitted to provincial crime laboratory for confirmatory test. Suspect is now temporary detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell while a case for violation of R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.  Investigator on case is PO2 Erwin Balbuena Andale Jr. with contact nr 09055517119.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL GAMBLING IN PAGADIAN CITY

On or about 4:15 in the afternoon of January 10, 2015, PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Harry Retunil Velez, officer of the day, upon the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, cop conducted anti-illegal gambling operation at Agora Public Market, Barangay Santa Lucia, Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Abelis Y Negrido, 30 years old, male, single, laborer, a resident of Purok Pagaypay, Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City for violation of P.D. 1602. Confiscated from his possession and control cash money amounted to Three Hundred Pesos (Php 300.00) and one set playing cards. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station locked-up cell while an appropriate case for violation of P.D. 1602 is now being prepared for filing in court.
