Fire in Pagadian City

Pagadian City – Fire incident occurred at about 3:19 in the morning of January 12, 2014 in Purok Chico Hills, Barangay Bulatoc, Pagadian City particularly near medina college.  The responding team from Pagadian Police together with the fire personnel of Bureau Of Fire Protection (BFP) had obtained initial finding that at about 3:10 AM of same date fire incident transpired wherein more or less eight to nine houses (8 to 9) were engulfed by fire and was razed to the ground. The estimated property damage according to the fire BFP investigator is more or less one (1) million pesos; however, nobody was injured during the incident. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) still conducting thorough investigation regarding the said incident to determine the causes of the said fire. 

San Pablo No. 5 Most Wanted Captured in Dinas

Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur – The Top 5 Most Wanted Person in San Pablo Municipality was arrested by the elements of Dinas MPS and San Pablo MPS in Barangay Nian, Dinas, at about 9:20 in the morning of January 12, 2014. Arrested was Silvino Ansing Manginsay @aka Loloy Bota, 56, married, resident of Barangay Lower Pantad, San Pablo. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of rape in relation to RA 7610 issued By Hon. Judge Dennis P. Vicoy- Presiding Judge Of RTC Branch 20 Pagadian City docketed under criminal case number 10987-2k13  with no bail recommended. Accused is now temporarily detained at Dinas MPS awaiting court disposition.

R.A. 9262 Violator Arrested in Lapuyan

Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur – Police operatives of Lapuyan MPS led by Police Inspector Roger Allanic Bartiana, conducted operation on campaign against wanted person at Purok Kalimudan, Barangay Poblacion, Lapuyan, at about 12:30 in the morning of January 13, 2015. The operation resulted to the arrest of Asmirani Latip Ismula, 38 years old, married, jobless, resident of same place by virtue of warrant of arrest for the violation of section 5 and 6 of R.A. 9262 issued by Acting Presiding Judge Hon. Felix B. Rodriguez Jr. RTC Branch 29, Capitol Compound, Pagadian City docketed under criminal case number 14-017 with bail bond recommended amounted to (P 8,000.00). Suspect is now temporarily detained at Lapuyan MPS awaiting court disposition.
