Report On Hacking Incident in Midsalip

Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur – Hacking incident transpired at about 12:30 PM of January 1, 2015 at Barangay Cabaluran, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Thata Copok, 32 years old, single, farmer and a resident of the aforesaid barangay. He was hacked by a certain Birot Balives, of legal age, single, farmer and also resident of same place. Investigation showed that both victim and suspect had a lunch together at the aforesaid place after mowing grass when allegedly quarrel ensued between them prompting the suspect to hack the victim. Accordingly, both of them had mentally disorder. The victim sustained one lacerated hacked wound on his right nape and rushed immediately to Midsalip Infirmary Hospital for medical treatment while suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident. 

Car napping Incident in Aurora

Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur – Car napping incident occurred at about 6:20 PM of January 1, 2015 at Bonifacio Street, Poblacion, Aurora. The victim was identified as Vincent Rey Ceniza Y Alinsug, 32, married and a resident of Poblacion Aurora. He was driving his single motorcycle Honda XRM 125 color blue and white combination without plate number and traversing at the aforementioned place, however, upon reaching at the above-mentioned Barangay, two male suspects struck him with a piece of stone hitting his breast causing him to stumble and fall to the ground which gave the opportunity of the suspect to grab his driven MC and drove towards the National Highway going to Tukuran town. While on their way, said motorcycle accidentally collided to other single MC in Barangay Imelda which resulted to the recovery of the said MC but the two suspects were able to escape and hid themselves in darkness going towards the Barangay Alang-Alang, Aurora. The Aurora MPS is still conducting hot pursuit operation to arrest the fleeing suspects

Motor Vehicular Accident in Lapuyan

Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur – Motor vehicular accident occurred at about 1:00 AM of January 1, 2014 in Barangay Poblacion, Lapuyan particularly in front of Sarafion Lagud Store  wherein one  Honda XRM 125 color yellow, no plate  number, no registration and driven by Andoy Sulong,  19 years old, single, college student and a resident of Purok Tubo, Barangay Poblacion, Lapuyan, was accidentally collided to another Honda XRM 125 color  blue, with temporary plate number, no registration and driven by  Airwaind Jay Singol Y Luminsa, 20 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Poblacion, Lapuyan. Investigation showed that the XRM 125 color yellow was  traversing heading towards crossing Malipayon, Barangay Poblacion and upon reaching at the aforementioned place when accidentally collided with the another Honda XRM 125 color blue who was travelling on the left side of the road heading towards Lapuyan Avascemces Elementary Schoo. Both drivers, who had no driver’s license, sustained minor injuries. They were brought to Lapuyan Rural Health center for treatment. The motorcycles involved incurred damage and brought to Lapuyan MPS for proper disposition.

Report on Death of Inmate in Dumingag

Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur – An inmate identified as Victor P Paigan who is temporarily detained at Dumingag MPS locked - up cell and whose case pending for trial for the crime of murder under criminal case number 2012-10-2561 of RTC Branch 23 9^th, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. The inmate was complaining for difficulty in breathing. The PNP personnel of Dumingag MPS brought him to Elumbaring Clinic on board of Dumingag Police Patrol Car; however, due to unavailability of doctor he was rerouted/transferred to Mahayag Community Hospital. The aforementioned inmate was officially declared dead by attending duty physician. The dead body of said inmate was lying at Celerian Funeral Homes in Dumingag.

Hacking in Pagadian City

Pagadian City – Hacking incident occurred at about 12:15 AM of January 1, 2014 in Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City. The victim was identified as one (1) Noli Boy Ledisma Y Suasola, 28, resident of above-mentioned place. He was watching fireworks display together with his step daughter outside their resident located at the aforementioned place when suddenly hacked by the suspect identified as certain Joven Aniero Y Etac Alias “joey”, 47, lumberjack/ wood cutter by occupation and resident of Barangay Balintawak with the use of a long bladed weapon but luckily, the victim managed to elude the succeeding attacked and ran towards the cornfield and hid himself while the suspect escaped towards unknown direction right after the incident. Investigation showed that prior to the incident, the victim was threatened by the suspect to quote “kung dili ka molayas diri cmm ako maoy molayas” and the suspect accused him for having illicit affair with the suspect’s live-in partner. The Pagadian CPS now conducted hot pursuit operation against the suspect resulting to his arrest at his residence. He was brought to Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition while an appropriate charge is being prepared for filing in court against him.

Motor Vehicular Accident in Tukuran

Tukuran – Motor vehicular accident occurred at about 6:30 PM of January 1, 2015 at Purok Linao, Barangay Lower Bayao, Tukuran, wherein one (1) ali Alamada Y Villarin, 3 years old and a resident of the aforesaid place while trying to cross the road coming from his residence was accidentally sideswiped by a single motorcycle sky go desire sg100-a color red bearing plate number 9090 GU owned and driven by Tomas Tamparong Jr Y Rosales 42 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Poblacion, Kumalarang. Victim sustained injuries at the back of his head and was brought to Rural Health Unit of Tukuran for immediate medical treatment while the driver and the subject single motorcycle were brought to the Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.

Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur - Motor vehicular accident occurred at about             2:30 PM of January 1, 2014 in Barangay Sugod, Tukuran, wherein one Mitsubishi Montero sports 2.5 gls-v color black with for registration plate and bearing engine no. 4d56ucff9567 owned and driven by Mr. Peterlou Baguio Y Teves and one Mitsubishi canter cargo truck color green bearing plate no. ghp-526 registered in the name of Mr. Romeo M. Joguilon and owned by Mrs. Candida Velasco Of Poblacion Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, driven by Elias Velasco Y Ligutom, 30 years old, accidentally collided. Investigation showed that the Mitsubishi Montero sports 2.5 GLS-v color black was parked inside the vicinity of Baguio Beach Resort situated at the above-mentioned place when the Mitsubishi cargo truck moved backward accidentally sideswiped on the right Pender by the left signal light of the Mitsubishi cargo truck. The right Pender of the Mitsubishi Montero sports 2.5 incurred damaged while the Mitsubishi cargo also incurred damaged on the left signal light. both drivers and the involved vehicles were brought to the Tukuran MPS for investigation and proper disposition, however, after confrontation, both parties have agreed to settle the case amicably provided that the driver of Mitsubishi cargo truck will shoulder for the repair of the damaged right Pender of the Mitsubishi Montero sports GLS 2.5.

  

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Farmer Arrested for Violation of RA 9262 in San Miguel

Zamboanga Del Sur – A 61-year old farmer was arrested in Barangay Concepcion, San Miguel at about 4:50 PM of January 1, 2014. Suspect Salbino Culot Amantiad “aka” ben, 61, was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed in criminal case # 2010-054 for Violation Of Special Law under R.A 9262 otherwise known as Violation Against Women And Their children Act of 2002 which was issued by Hon Edilberto G. Absin, Acting Presiding Judge Of Regional Trial Court Under Branch 29, Ninth Judicial Region with total bail recommended of sixty thousand pesos (P 60,000.00). Accused immediately brought and detained to the said police station while waiting for court commitment order.
