Hold-up Incident in Molave
Zamboanga Del Sur -
Robbery incident transpired at LBC establishment situated along Rizal Avenue,
Barangay Madasigon, Molave at about 11:00 in the morning of February 14, 2015.
Investigation showed that duty personnel of LBC identified as Eduardo Flores
Tabudlong, 55, married, the team leader together with his co-worker identified
as Reybelyn Lagmay Gamil, 21, and Mary Vlanney Caparos Namoco, 22, was inside
the establishment when four (4) unidentified persons arrived and robbed the
said establishment. The two of the suspects both was wearing ball cap and armed
with Cal 45 pistol directly entered into the said establishment and declared
hold-up while the other two of them waiting outside and disarmed the duty
security guard identified as a certain Leo Roble Cabañas, 18. The suspects took
his issued shotgun and undetermined amount of cash money (subject for audit by
the LBC personnel). They immediately fled towards unknown direction on board
with two (2) single XRM motorcycles. The Molave MPS now conducting hot pursuit
and discreet operationn for possible identity and arrest of the suspects.
Jobless Nabbed in Tukuran Chokepoint
for Drugs
Zamboanga Del Sur –
Police operatives of Tukuran Police Station led by Police Chief Inspector
Gilzen Niño Regis Manese, conducted random chokepoint operation at Purok Narra,
Barangay Military, Tukuran at about 3:00 in the morning of February 14, 2015.
This led to the arrest of Alex Cañete Y Santiago Alias Bagnas also known as Dodong, listed as one of
the watch list of illegal drugs in Tukuran, 56 years old, widower, jobless and
a resident of Purok Camanggahan, Barangay Curvada, Tukuran. confiscated from
his possession and control were three (3) pcs of small transparent elongated
plastic heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to
be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as shabu, three (3) pcs rolled aluminum foils, one (1) pc cigarette
aluminum foil paper used as container. The suspect together with the
confiscated evidence was immediately brought to the Tukuran Police Station for
proper disposition and for filing of case in court for viol of RA 9165.
2 Persons Arrested in Dumingag for
Qualified Theft
Zamboanga Del Sur – Two
individuals who were wanted for the crime of theft were arrested by operatives
of Dumingag Police Station in Barangay Tamurayan, Dumingag, at about 8:00 PM of
February 15, 2015. Police Senior Inspector Heterence D. Abraham, Dumingag
Police Chief, identified the two persons as Ailyn Tomaras and Maricel
Tumangcap, both legal ages, married, residents of afore-said place. Their
arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Judge Ernesto MVE
Laurel, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23; Molave
dated 23rd January 2009 with criminal case number 2008-10-2031 for
the crime of qualified theft with recommended bail bond in the amount of P
30,000.00 each. Both suspects are now temp detained at Dumingag Police Station
while waiting for the commitment order from the issuing court for prop
disposition.
SHOOTING INCIDENT IN MOLAVE
On or about
6:20 in the evening of February 16, 2015 along the national highway of Purok
Vale, Dipole, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1)
Reynaldo Maslog Y Mutia, 42 years old, married, habal-habal driver and resident
of Pasingcalan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur, was shot by unidentified
suspect with the used of undetermined caliber of firearm. initial investigation
conducted by Molave Police Station revealed that while the victim was driving
his Honda wave motorcycle color black bearing plate number OX 6855 along with
him were his two (2) back riders/passengers namely: Marife Lopez Y Fernandez
and Glezel Lopez Y Fernandez, 50 and 17 years old both residents of Barangay
Switch, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur but upon reaching at the aforesaid
place when waylaid by unidentified suspects and was suddenly shot hitting only
the victim while the abovementioned back riders were left unhurt. Victim
sustained lone gunshot wound on his face and was immediately brought to Blancia
Hospital, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur while suspects fled Towards Ramon Magsaysay
Municipality after the incident. Motive of the incident believed to be personal
grudge. Investigator on case is SPO2 Reynaldo Hilot with cp # 09109691613
ROBBERY INCIDENT
On or about
1:30 in the afternoon of February 16, 2015, one (1) Karl Bulawan Y Medija, 23
years old, single, account specialist of rural bank of Liloy based in
Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur, and a resident of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay
Province came and reported to Dimataling Police Station informing that he was
allegedly robbed by two (2) unidentified suspects riding with red single
motorcycle without plate number. PNP elements of Dimataling Police Station led
by PInsp Renante Bayona Benitez, OIC immediately responded to conduct
investigation and hot for suit operation. initial investigation conducted
disclosed that while the victim was traversing from Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur
going to Pitogo Municipality purposely to get the collection money of the
aforesaid bank but upon reaching at Barangay Tinggabulong, Dimataling,
Zamboanga Del Sur, two (2) unidentified
suspects blocked his way and pointing him a unidentified caliber of firearms
and carted away the collection money amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,
000.00) more or less and fled towards unknown direction after the incident.
Same PNP elements were now conducting continuous operation to identify and
arrest the suspects and if evidence warrant, filed charges against them. Investigator

PERSON IN PAGADIAN CITY
On or about 7:00 in the morning of February 16,
2015, PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO2 Carlos
Omentic, warrant server proceeded to Blk
08, Lot 18, Upper Alta Tierra, Tiguma, Pagadian City and successfully arrested
one (1) Lolita Dimasuhid, female, 44 years old and a resident of the aforesaid
place by virtue of warrant of arrest with criminal case no. 16992 issued on
August 08, 2014 issued by Judge Joel G. Vercide of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region,
Branch 01, Pagadian City for violation of B.P Blg 22 with bail bond fixed to
Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000.00). Suspect is now temporarily detained at
Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell while waiting for court commitment
order.
ARRESTED WANTED
PERSON IN MARGOSATUBIG
On or about 6:00 in the morning of February 16,
2015, joint elements from Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) Zamboanga Del
Sur Police Provincial Office (ZDSPPO) led by PSupt Modhin Acob Pantaran and
elements from Margosatubig Police Station led by PSInsp Jonathan Presto Lladoc
conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Lumahan, Barangay Tigui-An, Margosatubig,
Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of number 9 top most wanted
person of Margos Municipality identified as one (1) Raul Arcillas Guilisan, 35
years old, married, male, Filipino, driver and a resident of above mentioned
place by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by honorable edilberto g.
absin, issued on 18th day of October
2005, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial
Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, Pagadian City for the crime of Rape
under criminal case number 05-050 with no bail recommended. Accused was brought
to Margos Police Station for proper disposition while waiting for court
commitment order.

RA 7610 Violator Nabbed in San Pablo
Pagadian City – A
farmer who was facing RA 7610 charges was arrested by elements of Pagadian City
Police Station in Barangay Tubupait, San Pablo at about 12:00 in the evening of
February 16, 2015. Suspect identified as Alberto Tampaling Y Medellada, 43, farmer,
resident of Barangay Pungapong, San Pablo, was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of violation of sec 10 R.A number 7610 with criminal case
nr 11824-2k14. The bail bond recommended for his temp liberty is fixed to eighty
thousand pesos (P 80,000.00). He is now temp detained at Pagadian City Police
Station lock - up cell while waiting for adjudication from court.
Man Arrested in Pagadian City for
Attempted Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention
Pagadian City – A
senior citizen who was wanted for the crime of attempted kidnapping and serious
illegal detention was arrested by elements of Pagadian City Police Station in
Balangasan Bridge, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City at about 6:00 PM of
February 16, 2015. Police Superintendent Glenn Macario Dulawan, Pagadian City
Police Chief, identified the arrested man as Pantaleon Cadungog Jr., 50,
married, resident of said place. The suspect has a pending warrant of arrest
for the crime of attempted kidnapping and serious illegal detention with
criminal case no 11948-2k15 issued by Hon Presiding Judge Benjamin Lanzaderas,
9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City on 12th February 2015.
The bail bond was fixed to one hundred thousand pesos (P 100,000.00) for his
temporarily liberty. He is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police
Station while waiting for court adjudication.
Man Held in Pagadian City Oplan Bakal
for Possessing Firearm and Drugs
Pagadian City – A
30-year old man was arrested after an illegal drugs and homemade Caliber 45
pistol was found in his possession during Oplan Bakal Operation conducted by
elements of Pagadian City Police Station at D’ranger Videoke House, Dablo
Street, Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City at about 11:30 PM of February 16,
2015. Police Superintendent Glenn M. Dulawan, Pagadian City Police Chief,
identified the arrested person as Morsal Musanip Y Cadingilan, 30, married,
farmer, resident of Barangay Upper Sang-An, Labangan. Confiscated from suspect
possession were one unit homemade Cal 45 pistol without serial number; one
piece inserted magazine; seven live ammo of Cal .45; one piece small size heat
sealed transparent plastic sachet suspected to be shabu; two pieces of folded
aluminum foils; one piece professional driver’s license; one unit white
cellular phone; one unit Nokia phone; one piece of motorcycle key; machine copy
of LTO certificate of registration of mc; LTO official receipt and deed of sale
of mc including one unit blue Honda wave 100 single mc with plate number
kx4562. Arrested suspect is now temp detained at Pagadian City Police Station
while a case of violation of R.A 9165 and R.A 10591 is now being prepared
against the suspect in court.
2 Persons Nabbed During Pagadian Drug
Bust
Pagadian City – Two
individuals were arrested during drug buy-bust operation conducted by
operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs
Special Operation Task Force at Outside Beer dong 2 beside Lumbia Health
Center, Barangay Lumbia, Pagadian City, at about 10:20 PM of February 16, 2015. Arrested were identified as James Mckenly
Malabute Y Servants, 26, and Jimmy Saro-Ay Y Emit, 19, both male, Habal-Habal
driver, and residents of Barangay Balogo, Imelda. confiscated from the
possession and control of James Malabute Y Servantes are one piece small size
yellow heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance
suspected to be shabu, one piece medium size heat sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, black
sling bag with one piece small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline substance to be suspected shabu. confiscated in
the possession and control of Jimmy Emit were forty seven (47) pieces of folded
aluminum foils, one piece panda double- edge blade, one piece of school
identification card of James Malabute, one piece of tiger white perfume,
machine copy of certificate of registration and official receipt of the single
mc driven by suspect, one piece mc key, one black sling bag with two pieces of
one hundred (P 100.00) peso bill served as marked money and one Honda XRM 125 single mc with temp
plate number 090-2633. All confiscated item suspected to be Shabu will be
submitted to Provincial Crime Lab for confirmatory test. Arrested suspects were
now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station while a case of
violation of R.A 9165 is now being prepared against the suspect in court.
