Shooting in Pagadian City

Pagadian City – Shooting incident occurred at about 1:30 in the morning of February 6, 2015 along the National Highway Of Plurok Acacia, Balangasan District, Pagadian City. The victims were identified as Ham Clair Lumacad Martinez, 23 years old and a resident of Purok Sandayong, Sto Niño, Pagadian City and his unidentified companion. They were shot to death by two (2) unidentified persons with the use of caliber .45 pistol based on nineteen (19) fired cartridge case and two (2) slugs recovered at the crime scene. Victims sustained gunshot wounds on different parts of their bodies and died on the spot. Investigation conducted disclosed that victims on board a passenger motorcycle (habal-habal) driven by Randy Dela Peña Fellogan, 38 years old and upon reaching at said place, suspects on board a motorcycle shot the victims and sped away after the incident while Randy Dela Peña Fellogan (habal-habal driver) also sustained gunshot wounds on his waist and was brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for medical treatment. Elements of Pagadian CPS is now conducting follow-up investigation for possible identity and arrest of the suspects while evidence recovered were turned over to Crime Lab Office 9 for ballistic examination.
