STABBING INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN CITY
On or about 2:50 in the afternoon of December 30,
2014, Pagadian City Police Station received a radio call from a concerned
citizen informing that a shooting incident transpired at Urro Street, Barangay
Sto. Ñino, Pagadian City particularly near of Mormons Church wherein the victim
identified as one Russel Labiaga Y Tibudan, 35 years old, male, married, a
kagawad of Barangay Gatas, Pagadian City and a resident of the same place.
Immediately, PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Harry Ratunil
Velez proceeded to the abovementioned place to conduct inspection/investigation
with the coordination of SOCO team based at Camp Abelon, Barangay Lumbia,
Pagadian City who later process the crime scene. initial investigation
disclosed that the shooting incident transpired on or about 2:40 in the
afternoon of same date wherein the victim on board his single motorcycle Honda
xrm 125 bearing plate nr 9375 JK, black/ combination upon reaching at said
place of the incident. the victim parked his driven single motorcycle along the
pavement to light a stick of cigarette when suddenly undetermined vehicle white
van without plate nr parked besides the victim and the gun man opened the
window of the front seat subsequently shot the victim several times hitting on
the different parts of his body using a caliber .45 pistol based on the
evidence recovered seven (7) spent shells and one (1) slug/fire bullet from the
crime scene. Further investigation revealed the fleeing suspect/s was wearing a
scarf white and red combination and immediately after the incident, suspect/s
fled towards unknown direction while the victim immediately brought by PInsp
Harry Ratunil Velez at Borbon Hospital for immediate medical attention.
recovered from the victim possession one (1) black sling bag containing one (1)
unit Norinco np44 caliber 45 bearing serial NRBG05168 with one (1) magazine
inserted with fourteen (14) live ammo and one (1) black penshopped wallet
containing of several identification cards including his firearms license and
expired permit to carry card and cash amounting to Six Hundred Pesos
(php600.00). Prior to the incident on or about 1:00 in the afternoon of
December 13, 2014 allegedly the victim together with his unidentified friend
were got wild and threatened some customers at yellow hot restobar located at
Pajares Street Barangay Gatas, Pagadian City. Motives of the said incident
believed to be personal grudge. While inside the hospital, the victim’s son
shouting and saying in vernacular words to quote “mobalos diay mo, mobalos pod
me”. On or about 6:00 in the evening of same date the attending physician
pronounced the death of the victim. The cadaver of the victim was brought to
fatima funeral homes located at barangay lumbia, Pagadian City by
his relatives. Personnel of Pagadian City Police Station are now conducting a
thorough investigation for possible identity of the fleeing suspect/s.

STABBING
INCIDENT IN AURORA
On or about 8:30 in the evening of December 30,
2014 at Purok San Juan, Barangay Waterfall, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein
victim identified as one (1) Rey Jumarito Y Miranda, 23 years old, single and a
resident of the aforesaid place was stabbed to death by a certain Homer Comison
Y Llaban alyas Junjun Acosta, 27 years old and a resident of Barangay Puting
Bato, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur. initial investigation conducted by aurora
police station disclosed that both victim and suspect were having a drinking
session together with one (1) Alvin Sususco also resident of the abovementioned
place when misunderstanding ensued prompting the suspect to stabbed the victim
several times hitting on the victim’s body that cause his instantaneous death.
Suspect immediately fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Hot
pursuit operation was immediately conducted by Aurora police station for
possible arrest of the suspect while formal complaint was being prepared to be
filed in court against him.
FIRE
INCIDENT PAGADIAN CITY
On or about 10:30 in the evening
of December 30, 2014, Pagadian City Police Station received a cellphone call
from PO1 Romulo Biboso II informing that a fire incident on progress transpired
at Vetalea Subdivision, Barangay Manga, Pagadian City. duty desk officer
immediately informed the fire station about the said incident through a
telephone call while the PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by
PInsp Harry Ratunil Velez under the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan
OIC immediately proceeded the above-mentioned place. Initial investigation
disclosed that on or about 10:00 in the evening of same date, the house of one
Rechel C Ilano located at Block 3 Lot 4 Vitalea Subdivision, Phase 3, Barangay
Manga, Pagadian City was razed by fire. Estimated damage incurred was more or
less two (2) Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200, 00.00) and no casualties involved.
Pagadian City Police Station in coordination with the bureau of fire personnel
is now conducting investigation regarding the incident and to determined the
cause of the said incident.

Construction Worker Arrested for
Raping his Niece
Dumalinao,
Zamboanga Del Sur - Operatives of
Dumalinao MPS arrested a man after he was accused of sexually molesting his
niece in his residence in Barangay Upper
Dumalinao at about 3:30 PM of December 30, 2014. The suspect was identified as
Romeo Deloeste Y Boaquiña, 36 yrs. old, construction worker and resident of
above-mentioned place. He was accused for raping his 12 years old niece and
Grade VI Student of Dumalinao Pilot School. Investigation showed that victim
was left by her father in the care of her uncle for less than a month as her
father went to manila for living after the death of her mother until at more or
less 5:00 o’clock in the morning of December 30, 2014, while she was inside the
room occupied by the suspect and family in a house owned by Marygrace Puyos
situated at above-mentioned place, suspect sexually molested her. Suspect brought and detained at Dumalinao MPS
for further investigation while the victim was brought to Zamboanga Del Sur
Medical Center in Pagadian City for general examination.
