Shooting in Margosatubig

Shooting incident occurred at Purok Camia, Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:20 PM of May 20, 2015, wherein victim identified as one Renel Mamac Udtohan, 39 years old, married and a resident of said place was shot by one Reagan Askandal, married, a resident of Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur and temporarily residing at Barangay Barlak, Mabuhay, Zamboanga Sibugay. investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, victim together with his wife fetched water at Purok Camia, Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur when victim urinated  along said place an unidentified suspect coming from behind and armed with caliber 9mm pistol suddenly shot the victim once. as a result, victim sustained gunshot wound on his right upper back portion of the body victim immediately brought to Margosatubig Regional Hospital for medical treatment while suspect fled towards Luguimit, Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur. elements of Margosatubig MPS is now conducting follow up operation and investigation to locate and arrest the suspect.

Vehicular Accident in Josefina

Vehicular accident took place at the vicinity of Public Market, Poblacion Josefina, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 PM of May 20, 2015. investigation conducted disclosed that one single motorcycle, color red, bearing plate number ja 48955, driven by Jhon Eric Tamboboy Masong, 18 years old, a resident of Barangay Ariosa, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur, while traversing at the abovementioned place accidentally bumped to a pedestrian identified as one Vicente Dalangin a.k.a. “Berting”, 75 years old, a resident of Barangay Bagong Clarin, Don Victoriano, Missamis Ocidental. As a result pedestrian and the driver of motorcycle sustained injuries on different parts of their body and immediately brought to the nearest hospital for medical treatment. Said motorcycle was temporarily impounded at Josefina MPS for safekeeping and proper disposition..

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Pusher Nabbed in Labangan

Elements of Labangan MPS led by PO3 Julsamie Manuel Balimbingan conducted anti-illegal drug operation at the abandon public market located at Barangay Tapodoc, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:00 PM of May 20, 2015. This resulted in the arrest of one Ranny Asma Mantawil a.k.a. “cok”, 22 years old, single, a resident of same place who was caught in the act of snipping drugs. confiscated from his possession were one (1) small heat sealed transparent sachet believed to be shabu, one (1) aluminum foil, one (1) empty box of matchstick. Arrested person is now temporarily detained at Labangan MPS lock-up cell pending for filing appropriate charges in court for violation of RA 9165.
