OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON IN PAGADIAN CITY

On or about 10:00 in the morning of May 25, 2015 elements of CIDG together with the PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station and Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) under the direction of PSSupt Sofronio Ecaldre, APD proceeded to the vicinity of Ariosa St., Barangay San Francisco, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, implemented the warrant of arrest against Robil Villame Roa aka Langga for the crime of Murder docketed under criminal case nr TC-2009-025 duly issued by Hon Sylvia A. Singidas-Machacon, Executive Judge of Br 16, RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Tangub City. during the arrest, the team able to confiscate/seize one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol and one (1) pc magazine of cal .45 from the possession and control of Robil Villame Roa @ Langga particularly at the front waist line. The arrested person was immediately brought at CIDT-ZDS Office for proper disposition and documentation. Investigator on case is PO3 Rogelio R Hortillas Jr. with cp nr 09489117963

RECOVERY OF STOLEN MOTORCYCLE IN PAGADIAN CITY

On or about 11:40 in the morning of May 25, 2015, PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Harry Ratunil Velez under the direct supervision and control of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, OIC, together with the PNP elements of San Pablo Municipal Police Station, conducted joint checkpoint operation on our sustained campaign against carnapping at Tiguma Compact, Barangay Tiguma Pagadian City which resulted to the arrest of one Mykiss Dinglasa Y Dayanan, 19 years old, male, single and a resident of Barangay Kapamanok, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur who was at that time driving a reported carnapped passenger tricycle ( Kawasaki Barako 175 bearing plate nr JQ 9748 and cab nr 0648) owned by Neciporo B Templa of Marcos Village, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur. subject passenger tricycle was reported lost/Carnapped by unidentified person last May 24, 2015 in San Pablo Municipal Police Station. Said suspect was properly turned-over and received by San Pablo Municipal Police Station by PO3 Jessito Oracio Demiar.

SHOOTING INCIDENT IN LABANGAN

On or about 10:30 in the morning of may 27, 2015 at Purok Lilipan, Barangay Old Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) William Delos Santos Y Seraspe, 35 years old, male, married, ice cream vendor and a resident of Purok Marang, Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City was shot to death by unidentified suspect using cal 45 pistol based on two (2) empty shell recovered at the crime scene. Victim sustained three (3) gunshot wounds one at his head and two on his body causing his untimely death. initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim was negotiating at the aforesaid place  riding his tricycle loaded with ice cream when two unidentified suspect halted him purposely to buy ice cream but a heated conversation ensued prompting the suspect to shot the victim. Suspect immediately fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Labangan Municipal Police Station is now conducting follow-up investigation/operation for possible arrest of the perpetrator. SHOOTING AND HACKING  INCIDENT IN MIDSALIP

On or about 6:00 in the morning of May 27, 2015 at Sitio Matic, Barangay Sigapod, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein one (1) Aurelio Ciladis, 60 years old, married, quack doctor and a resident of Barangay Barubuhan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot with the used of homemade shotgun and hacked to death by unidentified suspect. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim was walking going to Barangay Sigapod, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur when waylaid by the suspect and shot and hacked him to death. Victim sustained five (5) pellet wounds on his right breast and hacked wound on his nape that caused his untimely death while suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Recovered fm the crime scene were three (3) empty cartridges of shotgun. Midsalip Municipal Police Station is now conducting thorough investigation for the possible identification and arrest of the suspect. Motive of the crime is still unknown. CAMPAIGN AGINST ILLEGAL GAMBLING IN RAMON MAGSAYSAY

On or about 6:30 in the evening of May 27, 2015, joint operation conducted by PNP elements of Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Police Station led by PSInsp Jeremias Pepito Soreño, COP and provincial anti-illegal gambling special operation task force headed by PInsp Harry Ratunil Velez, OIC (PAIGSOTF) successfully arrested one (1) Gina Sumayang Y Pacho, 44 years old, with live in partner, housekeeper, resident of Purok 2, Barangay Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur and a certain Jenara Gepitolan Y Canoño, 50 years old, married, businesswoman and resident of Purok 2, Barangay Paradise, of same municipality and province, both bet collector of illegal numbers game (Swertres) along the national highway of Purok 2, Barangay Paradise, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur. recovered from their possession and control  were four (4) pcs of tally sheet bearing different names of persons and corresponding amount of different denominations of money bets to wit: nineteen pcs (19) of One Hundred Peso bills, eight pcs of Twenty Peso bills, twenty two (22) pcs of Five Peso coin, six pcs of Ten Peso Coin and eighty one (81) pcs of One Peso coin with the total amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred Eleven (Php 2,311.00) pesos in philippine currency cmm shoulder bag color moss green with marking the north face use as container and one single Honda XRM 125 cc color black and white combination bearing plate # 7586 XW. Subject persons were temporarily detained at Ramon Magsasay Municipal Police Station and subsequently brought to Camp Abelon Police Provincial Office, Lumbia District Pagadian City awaiting for charges in violations of R.A 9287 illegal numbers game.
