OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
MOLAVE -On or about 9: 10 in the evening of
May 30, 2015, PNP elements of Molave Municipal Police Station led by PInsp Armel Maniwang Torres, under the
direction of PSupt Sofronio Palaña Ecaldre, APD proceeded to Integrated Bus
Jeepney Terminal located at Poblacion Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur and arrested a
spouse identified as Esperedion Gregana and Jocelyn Gregana, both of legal age,
farmer by occupation and resident of Purok 6, Lower Timonan, Dumingag,
Zamboanga Del Sur. subject spouse were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest
for the crime of murder, issued by Hon Judge Jaime Caberte, RTC Branch 23, 9th
Judicial Region, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur docketed under criminal case number
2013-10-2711 with no bail recommended for their temporary liberty. Subject
spouse were now temporarily detained at Molave Municipal Police Station
locked-up cell awaiting court disposition.
DUMALINAO -On or about 12:25 in the afternoon
of May 30, 2015 PNP elements of Dumalinao Municipal Police Station led by
PO3 Dennis J Canalija, upon the direction of PSInsp Lee Eric Sale Humpa, OIC
proceeded to Purok Laktoran Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del
Sur and arrested one (1) Jayson Denopol Y Torres, 27 years old, married,
fisherman by occupation and a resident of Purok Laktoran, Barangay San Pedro,
Pagadian City. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for
the violation of R.A 8550 (Philippine Fisheries Code of 1998), issued by Hon
Judge Pacifico Cimafranca Of 8th MCTC, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur with
recommended bail bond of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00). Accused is now
temporarily detained at Dumalinao Municipal Police Station locked-up cell
awaiting court disposition.
