OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
ARRESTED WANTED
PERSON
On or
about 6:00 in the evening of September 08, 2014, PNP elements of Pitogo Police
Station led by PInsp Mario Abelo Regidor, OIC proceeded to Barangay Liasan,
Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur and arrested one (1) Jamal Pasandalan, legal age and
resident of said place, subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of Murder issued by Hon. Judge Edilberto Absin, RTC,
branch 29 docketed under criminal case number 13-087 with no bail recommended.
Accused is now temporarily detained at Pitogo Police Station locked-up cell
awaiting court disposition
ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
On
or about 9:40 in the morning of September 09, 2014, PNP elements of Pagadian
City Police Station led by SPO2 Carlos Dongon Omentic, warrant server conducted
manhunt operation at Purok Mauswagon, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City and
successfully arrested one (1) Danilo Cunje Y Empalmado, 37 years old male, married and a resident of Purok Mauswagon,
Banale, Pagadian City by virtue of warrant of arrest with cc nr 17006 for the
crime of Attempted Homicide issued on August 22, 2014 by Hon Judge Joel Vercide
Of MTCC 9th Judicial Region Branch 1, Pagadian City. Recommended bail bond for
his temporary liberty is fixed to twelve thousand pesos (Php 12,000). Accused
is now temporary detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell awaiting
commitment order from the court for proper disposition.
Pagadian Pusher Busted
Suspected
drug pusher was arrested at about 4:00 PM of September 9, 2014 by the
Anti-illegal drugs operatives of Zamboanga Del Sur Police Office during drug
buy bust operation in Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City. Arrested was identified
as Frederick Gulmato a.k.a. Toto, legal age and resident of said place. Confiscated
from his possession and control are the following are nineteen (19) pieces
small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet believed to be Shabu and
three hundred pesos (Php 300.00) buy bust money with serial number wk563975,
rro49076, xx636365. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Camp Abelon
detention cell while a appropriate case for violation of RA 9165 is now being
prepared for filing in court.
Robbery Incident in Lapuyan
Robbery
incident occurred at about 1:45 PM of September 10, 2014 in Barangay Road,
Barangay Lubusan, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as
Ronald Labandero Y Martimino, 32, single, fish vendor, resident of Pitogo,
Zamboanga Del Sur. He was riding his single motorcycle motor star bearing plate
number 1524 and traversing from Barangay
Tiguha going to Barangay Lubosan, however, upon reaching at the place of
incident was suddenly signaled to stop by four (4) an unidentified suspects
with mask. The victim forced to stop and one of the suspects with undetermined
kind of short firearms while the other with hunting knife approached him and
declared hold- up. The suspects carted away the following: two thousand pesos
(Php 2,000); one unit cellphone; one (1) unit silver necklace; and two (2)
kilos assorted fish. They immediately fled on foot going to Sitio Pilagan of
Barangay Lubosan of same municipality. A follow- up investigation was conducted
which led to the identification of two suspects. They were identified as Benjie
Lundayan and Randy Sireg aka Ren-Ren, both of legal age and resident of
Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur. They were not found in their respective residences.
An appropriate case is now being prepared against them.
Hacking Incident in Tigbao
Hacking
incident occurred at about 6:30 AM of September 10, 2014 at Upper Nilo, Tigbao,
Zamboanga Del Sur. The suspect was identified as Ciano Bernacebo Y Bente, 60,
farmer, separated. He was tagged as the suspect in hacking of Raul Baldado Y
Fundador, 47, married, also a farmer, resident of said place. The victim
sustained hacked wound on his right shoulder and now temporarily confined at
Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center. The motive of incident was personal grudge
and suspect is now temporarily detained at Tigbao Police Station while an
appropriate case is now being prepared against him.
