Shooting Incident in Pagadian City
Shooting
incident took place at about 7:00 PM of September 15, 2014 at Barangay Dao,
Pagadian City. The victim was identified as Alexander Piega Y Aque, 37,
married, chainsaw operator and a resident of Barangay Banale, Pagadian City. He
was shot to death by unidentified suspects several times in closed range with
the use of caliber .45 pistols based on the recovered several fired cartridge
case found at the crime scene. Victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on the
different parts of his body which cause to his untimely death. Investigation
showed that the victim was walking along the road when unidentified suspect
came suddenly shot the victim without any apparent reason. The victim tried to
save his life from the perpetrator/s but he was still chased and shot to death
by the suspect who fled to unknown direction after the incident. The cadaver of
the victim now lies at Gamalinda Funeral Homes while the Pagadian City Police
Station is now conducting thorough investigation for possible identification of
the suspects and to determine the motive of said incident.

Shooting
incident occurred at about 5:10 PM of September 15, 2014 at Purok Agal-Agal,
Barangay Lucoban, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Adar
Abdul Dagadas, 34, married, ex-PNP member PRO ARMM and a resident of
above-mentioned place. He was shot by unidentified suspect. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was walking at fishpond’s
dike/barrier of said place when suddenly unidentified person blocked his way
and without apparent reason shot him with the use of undetermined type of
firearm. He sustained one gunshot wound on his face and was rushed to a nearby hospital
for medication while the suspect fled to unknown direction after the
incident.

Shooting incident
occurred at about 5:10 PM of September 15, 2014 at Purok Nazareth-II in
Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City. The victim was identified as Jeffrey
Taballeja Y Puaque aka “Doydoy”, 24, male, married and a resident of Barangay
Anonang, Dumalinao. He was shot to death by unidentified male suspect wearing
black bull cap, maroon t-shirt, maong long pants with curly long hair and more
or less 5’5 in height with the used of caliber .45 pistol based on the
recovered evidence found at the crime scene. Victim sustained gunshot wounds on
his head that resulted to his untimely death. Investigation conducted disclosed
that the victim was attending the Barangay fiesta and engaged head-or-tails
game (cara y cruz) when the suspect came suddenly shot the victim that resulted
to his untimely death. The suspect fled towards the downgrade direction heading
to Barangay Buenavista to Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City on board on a
Honda single color red with cohort/driver. Recovered at the crime scene were
one fired cartridge case of caliber .45 pistols found at the crime scene and to
be submitted to the Crime Lab Office for ballistic examination. The cadaver of
the victim was brought by his family at his residence. The Pagadian City Police
Station is now conducting follow-up investigation to possibly identify the
suspect.
CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS AND LOOSE FIREARMS
On or about 5:00 in the
afternoon of September 15, 2014, joint PNP elements of Provincial Anti-Illegal
Drugs Special Operation Task Force
(PAIDSOTF) led by PSInsp Rommel Gabriel Etbew, Chief PAIDSOTF and personnel of
Pagadian City Police Station conducted anti-dangerous drug buy-bust operation
at Barangay San Jose District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur which resulted
to the arrest of two (2) suspects identified as Cpl Ryan Monterel Depuno and
Pfc Silvano Caindoy Jenisan, both member of Philippine Marines. confiscated
from their possession and control are the following: Fourteen (14) pieces small
heat transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed
to shabu; one (1) unit caliber 45 pistol
Armscor with two (2) magazines loaded with nineteen (19) live ammunitions; and
five hundred pesos (Php 500.00) used as marked money. Suspect is now
temporarily detained at Camp Abelon locked-up cell while a appropriate case for
violation of section 5 and 11 of article
2 of R.A. 9165 and R.A. 10591 are now being prepared for filing in court.
CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS
On or about 4:48 in the
afternoon of September 16, 2014, intelligence operatives of Pagadian City
Police Station led by PSInsp Rommel Gabriel Etbew, upon the direction of PSupt
Glenn Macario Dulawan, OIC conducted anti- dangerous drug buy bust operation at
f.S Pajsres Street, Barangay Gatas District, Pagadian City that resulted to the
arrest of suspect identified as Joel Delos Santos Y Arilla, 47 years old, married,
resident of Purok Sili, Barangay Danlugan, Pagadian City. confiscated from his
possession and control are the following: nine (9) pieces small size
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets
believed to be shabu; five(5) pieces aluminum foils; two(2) pieces
bottle cap of soft drinks; one (1) disposable lighter and one (1) pc
(php100.00) and (php200.00) peso bill
used as marked money. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian
City Police Station locked-up cell while an appropriate case for violation of
R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court. Investigator on case is

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON
RECOVERED HIGH EXPLOSIVES DEVICE
On or about 4:45 in the afternoon of September 16, 2014, joint PNP
elements of Dumingag Police Station led by PSInsp Heterence D Abraham and 1st
platoon of 32nd Inf Battalion, 1ID, Philippine Army led by 1Lt Jhun Ibarra arrested
one joel sumagop y enlab, 36 years old, married and resident of at Purok 3,
Barangay Saad, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur for illegal possession of high
explosives device, ammunitions and other war materials. recovered from the
possession and control of suspect were the following: Ten (10) sacks containing
Thirty (30) pcs blasting caps, seven (7) pcs arming device, Fifty (50) meters
of electrical wire, Eighteen (18) pcs of Eveready battery sized “D”, one (1) IED
component, Seven Hundred Sixty Five (765) rounds of cartridges of 7.62mm for
ak47, medical supplies, foodstuff, toiletries and other personal belongings. Investigation
revealed that while the joint elements conducted patrol at said place, they saw
two (2) persons carrying sacks and upon seeing the PNP and AFP troops, the two
(2) persons quickly put down the sacks and ran away. When inspection of the
sacks conducted, the troops discovered the said illegal items and immediately
chased them. During the pursuit, only Joel Sumagop Y Enlab was caught while the
other companion was able to evade arrest. Suspect is now temporarily detained
at Dumingag Police Station locked-up cell while a appropriate case is now being
prepared for violation of R.A. 10591 and R.A. 9516. Investigator on case is PO3
