ROBBERY/RANSACK INCIDENT
On or about 4:20 in the afternoon of September 17, 2014, SJO1 Rene Abenes Y Villanueva, 41 years old, male, married, BJMP member and a resident of black 3, lot 6, NJK Subdivision, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City personally came and reported to Pagadian City Police Station that his residence was robbed by unidentified person. Duty investigator immediately proceeded to the said resident to conduct an ocular investigation. Investigator disclosed that on or about 12:10 in the afternoon of September 17, 2014, the said owner was left in their house and it was discovered robbed by unidentified suspect at about 4:00 in the afternoon of the same date. Further investigation disclosed that suspect gained entry by removing the window glass blades of the comfort room and destroyed the door of the master’s bedroom. suspect carted away one (1) unit norinco .45 caliber with serial number 1103104 registered under the name of SJO1 Rene V. Abenes, one (1) unit netbook emachine brand, two (2) chinese gold necklace, one (1) gold ring, three AIMCOOP bankbook, one (1) pearl necklace, one (1) bracelet and cash money amounting to six thousand two hundred pesos (php 6,200.00). pagadian city police station is now conducting follow-up investigation to possibly identify the perpetrators. FOUND DEAD BODY
On or about 3:00 in the afternoon of September 17, 2014, a
concerned citizen reported to Pagadian City Police Station that a cadaver found
at Labangan River, Purok Bago, Barangay Datagan, Pagadian City. PO2 Jennifer
Empalmado Buco together with PO2 Erwin Balbuena Andale both investigators of
Pagadian City Police Station proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of
the said report. Initial invest disclosed that the unidentified cadaver was
male and age estimated between seven to eight (7-8) years old was found dead by
a certain Felix Blanco at said place at around 7:00 in the morning of same
date. The victim believed to be drowned. Cadaver was brought to Gamalinda
Funeral Homes, Pagdian City. Investigator on case is PO2 Jennipher Buco with
contact nr 09217413115.
Hand
Grenade Recovered
A hand grenade was found at about
11:00 AM of September 18, 2014 by one Edgar Dilao Y Pagal, a Barangay Kagawad
of Daniel C Mantos, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur together with one Lemuel Cabanes
cmm legal age and resident of same place. The hand grenade which was found and
discovered in Daniel C. Mantos Barangay in Mahayag, was now under the custody
of Mahayag Police Station and to be turned - over to EOD RPSB9 based at
Pagadian City.
Progress
Report on the accomplishment on recovered high explosive device, ammunitions
and other war materials
Progress report: re accomplishment on
recovered high explosive device, ammunitions and other war materials at Purok 3
in Barangay Saad, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein suspect identified as
Joel Sumagop Y Enlab, 36 yrs old, married and resident of above-mentioned
place. He was arrested by the joint PNP elements of Dumingag Police Station and
32nd Infantry Battalion, Phil Army. Request be informed that a case for
violation of RA 10591 docketed under I.S. number ix-09-inq-141-00170 with bail
recommended amounted to one hundred thousand pesos (Php100, 000) and a case for
violation of RA 9516 docketed under I.S. number ix-09-inq-14i-00171 with no
bail recommended were filed under joint inquest resolution issued by Mary Ann
Wong Tugbang-Torres, Provincial prosecutor, Pagadian city as per approval by
Dimapuno Magangcong deputy provincial prosecutor. The accused still temporarily
detained at Dumingag Police Station awaiting court disposition.
Theft of Motorcycle
A
reported theft of single motorcycle occurred at about 6:20 AM of September 18,
2014, as reported by Atillano Saliot Y Asok, 26, married, a Habal- Habal driver
and a resident of Purok Cabatingan, Barangay Monte Alegre, Aurora, Zamboanga
Del Sur. Accordingly, in the dawn of the said given date, his single motorcycle
Honda XRM 125 RS with plate no 5385, engine no kpg01025397, chassis no
kpgo1025381was stolen while being parked inside his house. Investigation
conducted by the Aurora Police disclosed that the suspect/s took two pieces of
glass window blades from jalousies of the victim’s house and reached the door
lock and then took the motorcycle key. Suspects then ignited the ignition
switch and fled to unknown direction. The victim and his wife sleeping in their
bedroom which was just a meter away the motorcycle, however, did not notice any
noise when the glass blades taken and the door were opened. A thorough
investigation is now being conducted by the said police office to ascertain
foul play and for possible identification of the suspect/s
