REPORTED INCIDENTS –Sept 1-2, 2014

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
On or about 7:00 in the evening of September 01, 2014, at Purok Bougainvilla, Barangay Santo Niño, Tukuran Zamboanga Del Sur wherein PNP elements of Tukuran Police Station led by OIC COP PSInsp Gilzen Niño Regis Manese, arrested one(1) Reynaldo Bueno Y Bermodez, 40 years old, married, sikad-sikad driver and a resident of Purok Mauswagon Barangay Santo Niño, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Insor A. Pantaran of 9MCTC of Labangan-Tukuran Zamboanga del Sur dated July 30, 2014 for the crime of Theft under Criminal Case no. 1576-t with bail bond fixed at Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Said accused is now detained at Tukuran Police Station locked-up cell awaiting for final adjudication from the court. 

Stabbing Incident in Dumalinao

Stabbing incident occurred at about 5:30 PM of September 1, 2014 in Barangay Tikwas, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as John Camado, 20 years old, single with postal address at Cebu City. He was stabbed by suspect identified as Glenn Perallo, 19 years old, resident of said place. Investigation showed that both victim and suspect were having a drinking spree at the abovementioned place when a heated argument ensued between them and suddenly the latter (suspect) stabbed the former (victim). The victim sustained lone stabbed wound on his body and was rushed to a nearby hospital for immediate medical treatment while the suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident. The Dumalinao Police now conducted a follow dash up investigation to possibly locate and arrest the suspect.

Stabbing Incident in Dumalinao

Stabbing incident transpired at Purok Magallanes in Barangay Tikwas, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:30 PM of September 1, 2014. The victim was identified as John Camado, 20 years old, single and a resident of Cebu Ctiy and had just arrived at the above mentioned place in the 3rd week of august 2014 while suspect was identify also as Glen Perallo, 19 years old and said to be the son of the owner of the house where the stabbing incident transpired. Investigation showed that the victim and the suspect were having a drinking session at the balcony of the house at around 05:00 pm of same date drinking tuba wine, However, in the midst of their drinking misunderstanding between the two erupted that end on a heated argument followed by the incident of stabbing wherein the suspect stab the victim using a hunting knife. He sustained lone stab wound on his body and while wounded still manage to walk towards the direction of Barangay Canunan, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was immediately rushed to Pagadian City for immediate medication. The Guipos Police and Dumalinao Police discovered blood stain at the balcony of the house including the two (2) empty container where allegedly contain tuba wine. The Dumalinao Police now conducted investigation to ascertain the facts of the case and filing of appropriate charges against the suspect who is now at large.

Robbery and Ransacked Incident in Pagadian City

Robbery incident occurred at about 7:20 AM of September 2, 2014 at Barangay Macasing National High School, Pagadian City. The computer laboratory of the abovementioned school was robbed and ransacked by an unidentified suspects and carted away the following items such as two(2) units computer monitor; two(2) pieces computer keyboards; two(2) pieces computer mouse; two(2) unit computing m300 series; and one(1) piece extension  wire with the estimated value of fifteen thousand pesos (Php15,000.00). Investigation showed that suspects gain entrance by forcibly removing the window glass and blades of said computer laboratory and upon getting the chance carted away the aforementioned items. The Pagadian City Police now conducted a thorough investigation for the possible arrest of suspects.

Carnapper Arrested in Aurora

A Carnapper was collared by the Aurora Police Station while the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the suspect during follow-up operation in Barangay Anonang, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5: 00 PM of September 2, 2014. Suspect was identified as Guiwan Y Cosido Aka Dodoy, 22 years old and resident of aforesaid place. He was the alleged suspect behind the carnapping incident occurred at about 1:50 PM of the same date in Barangay poblacion Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur wherein one single Honda XRM 125 bearing plate number 8323JB owned by PO1 Isagani Colipano Y Baldesco, PNP member assigned at Aurora Police Station. The police officer discovered that his single motorcycle was missing while being parked beside the Municipal Hall of Aurora in Zamboanga del Sur and believed to be stolen by an unidentified suspect. The alleged suspect is now at Aurora Police Station while an appropriate case for violation of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Act) is now being prepared for filing in court.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON ROBBERY EXTORTION

On or about 10:00 in the morning of September 02, 2014, one (1) Luzviminda Barconay Calica, 39 years old, married, businesswoman, resident of Dagohoy Street, Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur together with her husband identified as  Reynil Calica personally appeared and reported to Molave Police Station informing that on or about 2:00 in the afternoon of August 31, 2014, said spouse received a text message from unidentified person  extorting them in the amount of one (1) Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000) in exchange for their lives and her family. On or about 12:40 in the afternoon of September 03, 2014, PNP elements of Molave Police Station led by PSInsp June Akiate Lawingan, DCOP upon the direction of PCInsp Restituto Pangusban, COP conducted a entrapment operation at Canlon eatery located at Roxas Street, Barangay Maloloy-on in Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Corazon Balnera, 37 years old, married, house wife, resident of Bacahan, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur. Confiscated from her possession and control are the entrapment money worth Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 20,000) to include the two (2) Five Hundred Peso marked money bill and one (1) mobile phone. Suspect is temporarily detained at Molave Police Station locked-up cell while a appropriate case for robbery extortion is now being prepared for filing in court.
