Male dead body found in Mahayag 
A male dead body was found at about 6:15 AM of September 3, 2014 in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Mahayag in Zamboanga Del Sur. He was identified as Allan Capin Dalura, 40, married, laborer and a resident of the aforesaid place. He was found dead by a certain Genesis Candelario at the canal in the middle of the rice field. Investigation conducted closed that at about 11:30 PM of September 2, 2014, the victim was seen by Kagawad Arnulfo Cañales Sullano passed at their house and accordingly under the influence of intoxicating liquor heading towards the victims house, however, upon reaching at the abovementioned place, the victim accidentally slide down and hit into the protruding pointed object that was installed/placed as guard support of the farm dike as evidence found at the crime scene. Victim sustained lacerated wounds on his left thigh that resulted to his untimely death.

Jobless Arrested for Robbery Charges

A jobless with Robbery Charges was arrested at about 4:40 PM of September 3, 2014 by the operatives of Ramon Magsaysay Police Station in Barangay Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur. Arrested was Manuelito M. Manonero, 30 years old, single, jobless and a resident of said place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery. The case is docketed under Criminal Case no. 14-10, 1073 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. Suspect is now being detained at Ramon Magsaysay Police Station awaiting commitment order for transfer of custody to the BJMP District Jail in Ramon Magsaysay.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

RECOVERY OF STOLEN MOTORCYCLE

On or about 6:30 in the evening of September 03, 2014, Labangan Police Station received a cellular phone call from concerned citizen informing that a suspect of carnapping incident was arrested/apprehended by the barangay kagawad of Lantian, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of Labangan Police Station led by PInsp Junar Clamonte, DCOP immediately proceeded to the reported place of incident. Upon arrival of the responding team, barangay kagawad identified as Raymundo Ortiz Jr. and Barangay Kagawad Jose Vicente turned-over the arrested suspect identified as Levy Ateniedo, 19 years old. Single, jobless, resident of Barangay Upper Sang-An, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur. further investigation disclosed that subject single motorcycle Honda Wave 100cc, color black, bearing plate # JR 5503  was reportedly stolen on or about 2:20 in the afternoon of September 01, 2014 at Purok Malagkit, Tiguma, Pagadian City and believed was stolen by unidentified suspect. At about 6:30 in the evening of September 03, 2014,  said single motorcycle which was driven by the aforesaid suspect was intercepted at Barangay Lantian, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur thru the joint effort of the Barangay Kagawad of Lantian and the owner of said single mc identified as Datu Alconidas Utto. suspect was subsequently turned to Pagadian City Police Station and is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station locked-up cell while a appropriate case for violation of R.A. 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Law) is now being prepared for filing in court.

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

On or about 3:00 in the morning of September 03, 2014 at Purok Acasia, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein one (1)  fish carrier truck Isuzu forward, bearing plate number JED608, driven by Edwin Sanoria Y Pugoy, 44 years old, married, resident of Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City and boarded with one (1) passenger identified as Hasim Pulalon Y Samad, 38 years old, married, resident Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City and one (1) truck man identified as Joseph Yurag Y Pintado, 28 years old and a resident of Barangay Poblacion  Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay was accidentally bumped into the concrete center island of the road of said place. investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that subject Isuzu truck (fish carrier) was traversing from Zamboanga Sibugay Province bound to Cagayan De Oro City and upon reaching at Purok Acasia, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City, the driver of said vehicle suddenly loses its control over his driven vehicle due to mechanical problem (break malfunction) and thereby accidentally swerved and bumped into the concrete center island of the road. As a result, subject driver to include the truck man and passenger sustained minor bruises on the different parts of their bodies and same were rushed to Mendero Hospital for medical treatment. Subject vehicle is now under the custody of Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition.

On or about 9:00 in the morning of September 04, 2014 at national highway of Purok Crossing, Barangay Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur particularly at integrated bus terminal wherein one (1) single motorcycle aura classic, color  yellow, bearing plate number JH 6364, driven by Simeon Poliran, legal age, married, resident of Barangay Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur was accidentally bumped by one (1) Isuzu truck  forward, bearing plate number RKR 994, owned by the prime fresh meat distribution with complete address at Don Anselmo Bernard, Ozamis City and driven by Marlon Aying Dula, 32 years old, single, resident of Canicapan, Clarin, Misamis Occidental. Investigation conducted by Kumalarang Police Station disclosed that subject single motorcycle  was traversing from Barangay Bogayo bound to Poblacion Kumalarang of same province and upon reaching at national highway of Purok Crossing, Barangay Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur particularly at integrated bus terminal was accidentally bumped  by one (1) Isuzu truck forward running in same direction when said driver of single motorcycle tried to left turn going to Poblacion Kumalarang of same province  but was not noticed by said vehicle running in same direction and then accidentally bumped the single motorcycle and same fell down at the concrete pavement of the road. Driver of single motorcycle was rushed to Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center for immediate medical treatment but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physical thereat. Subject driver of Isuzu truck to include the vehicle is now under the custody of Kumalarang Police Station for proper disposition of the case.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 3:20 in the afternoon of September 04, 2014 at Barangay Benuatan, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Cordel Gumapac Y Quilab, 21 years old, married, habal-habal driver by occupation, resident of Barangay Locuban of same municipality was shot using caliber 45 pistol by an unidentified suspect. Investigation conducted by Dinas Police Station disclosed that said victim was driving his single motorcycle Honda Wave traversing from Poblacion Dinas going to Barangay Benuatan of same municipality and upon reaching at the abovementioned place was suddenly shot once by an unidentified suspect. As a result, victim sustained lone gunshot wound on his right palm and exited into his right elbow and same was rushed to Chavez Medical Clinic for treatment. Suspect immediately fled on foot towards unknown direction after the incident. Evidence recovered was one (1) slug of caliber 45 pistol and to be turned-over to provincial crime laboratory for ballistic exam.  PNP elements of Dinas Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation for the possible identification and arrest of suspect.  Investigator on case is PO1 Rolando Landiao Dumasig with contact no 09462750277.

CARNAPPING INCIDENT

On or about 5:30 in the afternoon of September 04, 2014, one (1) Billy Cork Garcia Y Lanzado, 19 years old, resident of Purok Curvada, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City personally appeared and reported to Pagadian City Police Station informing that his single motorcycle raider 150 Suzuki, color blue, with no plate number attached and registered under the name of Norma Lanzado Garcia was discovered missing on or about 8:00 in the evening of September 03, 2014 while being parked at roadside of lopez jaina street of Purok Liberty, Barangay Gatas, Zamboanga City and believed was stolen by an unidentified suspect. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation for the possible identity and arrest of suspects.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON

On or about 10:00 in the morning of September 04, 2014, PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO3 Carlos Omentic, upon the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, COP proceeded to Purok Sweet Love, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City and arrested one (1) Roldan Manlanat of legal age, male, single and a resident of said place. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated murder, issued by Hon Presiding Judge Felix Rodriguez of RTC Branch 09; Pagadian City dated August 20, 2014 with bail recommended amounted to Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000). Accused is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station locked-up cell awaiting court disposition.
