REPORTED INCIDENTS –October 6-7, 2014

PRESS RELEASE
HACKING INCIDENT

On or about 6:00 in the evening of October 06, 2014 at Purok Waling-Waling, Barangay Napolan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Joeharry Diniay Y Sumampong, 17 years old, single, resident of aforesaid place was hacked by his uncle identified as Michael Diniay Y Sumampong, legal age, resident of same place. Investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that at around 5:30 in the afternoon of same date, said suspect along with his grandmother were having a drinking spree at the abovementioned place. Few minutes later, victim arrived and advised them to stop drinking purposely for a dinner being prepared by the victim himself. Unfortunately, suspect got mad and without any apparent reason hacked the victim once using a bladed weapon. As a result, victim sustained lacerated wound on the back portion of his body and same was rushed to Borbon Hospital for immediate medical treatment. Suspect voluntarily submitted himself slant surrendered to the responding PNP elements of pagadian city police station to include the bladed weapon used by said suspect. Subject person is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station locked-up cell while an appropriate case is now being prepared for filing in court. THEFT OF MOTORCYCLE

On or about 5:03 in the morning of October 07, 2014, one Allen Borbon Y Lemosnero, 35 years old, married, a resident of Purok Lapu-Lapu, Barangay Commonwealth, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur reported to Aurora Police Station informing that at about 4:50 in the morning of October 07, 2014 his single motorcycle Honda xrm 125, color red, bearing plate nr 4161-JK was discovered missing while being parked at the terrace of his residence and believed to be taken by unidentified suspect. Immediately, PNP team of aurora police station led by SPO1 Charlemagne M Lopez proceeded to the aforesaid place to conduct investigation and hot pursuit operation for possible recovery of the stolen motorcycle and possible identity of the suspect. CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS

PAGADIAN City -On or about 5:30 in the morning of October 06, 2014,

joint elements of Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) Led By Pcinsp Modhin

Acub Pantaran, Personnel Of PDEA Zamboanga Del Sur Unit and PAIDSOTF

conducted a drug buy-bust operation at  Benigno Aquino St, Sta Lucia

District, Pagadian City which resulted to the arrest of Albadar Abdul Y Alibasa, male, 22 years old, and a resident of Barangay Busbus, Jolo, Sulu when said suspect agreed to sell and deliver to a PDEA agent, who posed as buyer of one (1) sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed  to be shabu placed in a yellow pack KRS motorcycle tube supposedly in exchange of One Hundred Forty Thousand (Php140,000.00) consisting of one  (1) piece  of  Php1,000.00 pesos bill with serial number GQ765287 on top of play money place inside a globe window envelope as buy-bust money. Further, confiscated were ten (10) heat sealed transparent sachets containing white crystalline substance still believed to be shabu placed in a yellow pack KRS motorcycle tube with an estimated weight of 552.5 grams and an estimated value of Php1,500,000.00 when further

search was done. Suspect is now detained at Camp Abelon lock-up cell while

an inquest case for violation of sections 5 and 11 article II of R.A. 9165 is

being prepared against him.

Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur  -On or about 7:20 in the morning of October 06, 2014, joint elements of Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) led by PCInsp Modhin Acub Pantaran, personnel from PDEA Zamboanga Del Sur Unit and PAIDSOTF conducted alpha drug  buy-bust operation at Hyron’s Beach Resort, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur which resulted to the arrest of the following suspects: 1)  Odeng Bashir Y Antanga aka “odeng”, male, 40 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Inudarandos, Sapad, Lanao Del Norte and Hilal Bucay Y Mindalano, male, 21 years old, married and a resident of Campo Ranao, Marawi City when said suspects agreed to sell and deliver to a PDEA agent, who posed as buyer of one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed  to be shabu supposedly in exchange of  One Hundred Forty Thousand (php140,000.00) pesos consisting of one (1) piece of  one thousand (php1,000.00) pesos with serial numbers CM664697 on top of play money place inside alpha  globe window envelope as buy dash bust money. further confiscated were four (4) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance still believed to be shabu with an estimated weight of 279.3 grams and an estimated value of Php800, 000.00, one (1) piece tied transparent cellophane containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, one (1) gift box, one (1) pc colored yellow sando plastic bag, one (1) unit colored red nokia cellphone and to include the buy-bust money. Suspects are now detained at the PDEA while an inquest case for violation of section 5 and 11 article II of R.A. 9165 is being   prepared against them.

              

DUMALINAO, Zambo. del Sur -On or about 5:30 in the afternoon of October 07, 2014, PNP elements of Dumalinao Police Station led by PSInsp Lee Eric Sale Huma, OIC conducted a drug buy-bust operation at Purok Maabtikon, Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur and successfully arrested one (1) Erex Jeason Erana Y Fuentes, 35 years old, jobless, married and a resident of same place. confiscated from his possession and control seven (7) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, (5) pieces of aluminum foil, (1) tcc lighter color blue, one (1) nokia cellphone color blue and Three Hundred Peso Bill (Php300.00), buy-bust money. Subject person was one (1) of the notorious drug peddler/trader of illegal drug in the municipality of Dumalinao. Arrested suspect is now temp detained at Dumalinao Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition while appropriate case is being prepared for immediate filing in court.

Robbery in Pagadian City

Robbery incident occurred at about 10:10 PM of October 7, 2014 in Pagadian City, wherein the house of the victim identified as Emmanuel Balladares was robbed by unidentified suspect. The suspect forcibly entered their house and gained entry by destroying the window pane and forcibly opened the cabinet placed inside the master’s bedroom and took away two (2) sets of gold earrings, one (1) gold necklace, two (2) gold pendants, two (2) gold rings, one male wrist watch, wedding coins and one original saw. Meanwhile, the suspect then subsequently entered the house of certain Ivy Balladares Radaza and took her Sony video camera and Timex watch. The Pagadian City Police is now conducting follow- up investigation to possibly arrest the suspect/s.
