Stabbing
incident occurred at about 6:30 PM of September 30, 2014 at Purok 1 in Barangay
Sibugue, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Jimuel
Sacay, 23 years old, married, farmer and a resident of the aforementioned
place. he was stab at the right portion of his chest that cause a mortal wound
made by the suspect who identified as Berly Ganduyog Y Moreno, 29 years old,
employed as a Barangay CVO and a resident of the aforesaid place. initial
investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident; the suspect
together with a certain “dodo” of legal age, married, also farmer and a
resident of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay Povince were having drinking session in the
house of a certain Rene Canday, however, when the victim has appeared and under
the influenced of liquor. He then challenged “dodo” for a fistfight but after
said provocation made by the victim, “dodo” answered in a vernacular words to
quote “pre unsa man bekel nato ngano man makegsumbagay ka nku” however the
victim intensely wanted to fight “dodo”. the suspect as a CVO intend to pacify
both parties by dragging “dodo” away from the victim, however, the wraths of
the victim has turned it later to the suspect who then ran towards his house
and seated in their “balcony” in order to avoid any troubles. Meanwhile, the
victim entered to the suspect’s dwelling and talk in a strong vernacular words
to quote “asa man to and wala melaban nku cma adto me laban sa kontra” therein
he saw the suspect and made a motion to box the latter thereupon the suspect
accidentally picked the hunting knife which was place in the chair of their
“balcony” and accidentally stab the victim in his right chest. Right after the
incident; the suspect ran towards the house of their Barangay Captain in order
to inform about the incident. Said Barangay officials accompany him going to
Lakewood Police Station to confess his guilt and surrender. He is now under
custody of the said police office while the victim has brought to Provincial
Medical Hospital for immediate medical attention.

accomplishment reports on illegal transport of chemicals that transpired at
about 8:30 PM of September 26, 2014 at national highway of Barangay Dalapang, Labangan,
Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein PNP elements of Zamboanga Del Sur Police Office was
able to intercept one (1) unit Isuzu forward truck bearing plate number YFT 882,
loaded with chemicals. request be informed that a case for violation of PD 1144
section 8 and 9 was filed before the city prosecution office docketed under NPS
number ix-09-inv-14i-00528 against the abovementioned owner of said chemicals
identified as Maria Teresa Roxas Kahal, 46 years old, resident of 190 Angeles
Drive, Barangay Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City

in Dumingag

incident occurred at about 6:00 PM of October 1, 2014 at Barangay Upper Landing,
Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Joel Bacus Largo, 39
years old, married and resident of said place. he was shot by his brother in
law identified as Charlie Sagarino alias Giging, legal and a resident of same
place with the used of caliber 38 revolver. Victim sustained gunshot wounds on
his left foot and was rushed to Dumingag Municipal Health Office for immediate
medical treatment while the suspect was arrested by Corporal Ronie Halasan of
the 32nd Infantry Battalion, Phil. Army assigned at battalion headquarters and stationed
at the aforesaid Barangay. confiscated from the possession and control of the
suspect were one caliber 38 revolver loaded with two (2) live ammo and two (2)
fired cartridge case. The arrested suspect and confiscated firearm were
subsequently turned - over to the responding PNP team of Dumingag Police
Station for proper case disposition. investigation showed that the aforesaid
victim and the suspect tog with Roger Lugas Sagarino and Gerry Gomez were
having a drinking spree at the said place and after consuming few bottles of
liquor, they were all drunk and that created misunderstanding, the victim was chased
with knife by his brother in law named Roger Sagarino and tried to pacify by
Charlie Sagarino armed with a handgun, however, suspect fired towards the
victim’s left foot. The arrested suspect is now temp detained at the mentioned
police station while appropriate case is being prepared for immediate filing in
court against said suspect.

and resident of same place. investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the
incident, said suspect together with certain dodo were having a drinking spree
at the house of certain Rene Canday located at the above-mentioned place when
victim suddenly arrived believed to be under the influence of liquor and challenge
abovementioned “dodo” for a fist
fight for unknown reason but same were pacified by the aforesaid suspect and tried to dragged
certain dodo away from the victim to avoid trouble, however, a few minutes
later, the suspect went to his house purposely to avoid trouble but victim
chased and entered his house
particularly at the balcony. The victim then
boxed the suspect which in turn the suspect accidentally pick the hunting knife
and stabbed the victim. As a result, victim sustained stabbed wound on his
right chest and was rushed to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for immediate
treatment. Meanwhile, the suspect voluntarily surrendered to Barangay Chairman Jaime
Yurong. He is now under the custody of Lakewood Police Station for detention
and filing of appropriate case in court.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Two Alleged Teen Pushers Nabbed
Two
teenager was arrested at about 9:30 PM of September 30, 2014 by the PNP
elements of Molave Police Station during illegal drugs operation at the
National Road of Purok Makuguihon In Barangay Blancia, Molave, Zamboanga Del
Sur. Arrested was Jungey Delvo Francisco and Romeo Padilla Libatog, both 19 years
old, single and a resident of Barangay Santa Cruz, Ozamiz City. Confiscated
from their possession and control were one (1) big square shape heat sealed
transparent cellophane sachet containing white crystalline substance or
methamphetamine hydrochloride or locally known as Shabu. Also recovered from
their possession were two (2) cellular phones which used in drug trade and
their transport vehicle one single Black Honda Mio motorcycle with plate number
9836 KI. Both suspects are now temporary detained at the mentioned police
station for disposition.
Woman with Estafa Case Arrested
Operatives
of Pagadian City Police Station arrested Cecile Aljas Y Fuentes, 52, female, married,
during manhunt operation in Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City at about 10:00
AM of October 1, 2014. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed
under criminal case number-1148-2k14 for the crime of estafa issued by Hon
Felix B Rodrigues Jr. presiding judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 18, Pagadian
City dated 27 Aug. 2014. The recommended bail bond for her temporary liberty is
fixed to twenty thousand pesos (Php 20,000). He is now temporarily detained at the
mentioned police station awaiting commitment order from the court for proper
disposition.
Cadaver Found in Kumalarang
A
dead body found at the vicinity of Barangay Boyugan East, Kumalarang, Zamboanga
Del Sur at about 11:00 AM of October 1, 2014 by a certain Daud Pangulima, 58, married,
farmer, after he was about to clean his rice field with the use of a tractor.
Responding PNP elements of Kumalarang Police Station identified the cadaver as Taling
Halios Ligasan, 45, widow, farmer and a resident of Lakewood, Zamboanga Del
Sur. He sustained hacked wounds on his neck and left shoulder which then resulted
to his untimely death. As per result of physical examination conducted by the
Municipal Health Officer of Kumalarang, the victim was believed to be dead for
almost three days. The Kumalarang Police is still conducting follow- up investigation
to possibly identify the suspect as well as the motive of incident.
