Stabbing Incident

DUMALINAO - Stabbing incident transpired at about 3:30 A.M. of November 17, 2016 at Purok Malinawon B, Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein the victim was identified as one Daisy Mae Anghad Y Alao, female, 4, was stabbed by her own father Promencio Anghad, 57, jobless with the use of a kitchen knife. Victim sustained two stabbed wounds on her body and was rushed to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for medication. After committing the offense, said suspect want to end his life by drinking an unknown kind of Pesticides and rushed Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for medication. Motive of the incident believed to be jealousy, since the primary target of the suspect was her wife Wilma Anghad. Victim was declared safe by the Attending Physician. A case for Frustrated Parricide is now being prepared against the suspect for immediate filing in court. The IOC conducted follow-up investigation at Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City and discovered that the aforesaid suspect died at about 11:00 AM of same date while treated at the above-mentioned hospital due to the poison intake after committing the offense. The victim Daisy Mae Anghad is now in stable and safe condition. Case is hereby considered closed.

Stabbing Incident

TAMBULIG - Stabbing incident transpired at about 7:30 PM of November 17, 2016 at Purok 4, Barangay Gabunon, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein the victim was identified as one Pedrito Payapa Duma-og, 44, married farmer and a resident of said place was allegedly hacked with the use of a sickle (sanggot) by the suspect identified as aka ‘Dodo Lumocso”, also a resident of same place. The victim sustained lacerated wounds on the right portion of his head, right shoulder and right portion of his back and now confined at Happy Valley Community Hospital, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur for medical treatment while the suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident. Tambulig MPS is now conducting dragnet operation for the possible arrest of the suspect. Motive of the incident was purely personal grudge.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Farmer Collared in Tukuran for Violation of RA 10591

TUKURAN - A 55-year old farmer was arrested during police operation at Purok Bougainvilla, Barangay Santo Niño, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:50 PM of November 17, 2016. The Tukuran MPS identified the arrested man as Noel Baltonado Y Tango, 55 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok San Francisco, Barangay Tabuan, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur. The arrest was made by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 10591 under Criminal Case Number 13184-2k16, issued by Presiding Judge Benjamin R. Lanzaderas of RTC, Branch 21, Pagadian City, dated November 8, 2016. The recommended bail bond for his temporary liberty is Php60, 000.00. Accused is now temporarily detained at Tukuran MPS lock-up cell while waiting commitment order from the court.

Rape Suspect Arrested in San Pablo

SAN PABLO - Police elements of Dumalinao MPS led by PCI Lee Eric Sale Humpa, Chief of Police, conducted manhunt operation at Purok Mahogany, Barangay Camalig, Pagadian City at about 6:30 PM of November 17, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of one Albert Dalahay Y Aganos, 27 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok Rosas, Barangay Pantad, San Pablo, Zamboanga del Sur. Said person has a standing Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case Number 12662-2K16, issued by Hon. Benjamin Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 22, Pagadian City. No bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty. He is now temporarily detained at Dumalinao MPS lock-up cell while waiting commitment order from the court.
