Shooting Incident

KUMALARANG - Shooting incident transpired at Purok 1, Barangay Kitaan-Dagat, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:30 PM of November 9, 2016. The victim was identified as one Jubito Pandalan Gomon, 32 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Prk. 2, Brgy. Kitaan-Dagat, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur. Initial investigation conducted by personnel of Kumalarang MPS disclosed that, victim was sitting at the said house, two (2) unidentified suspects shot him several times with the used of caliber .45 firearm based on the recovered one (1) fired cartridge case found at the crime scene. As a result, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body which resulted to his untimely death. The Kumalarang is now conducting through investigation on the incident.

Fire Incident:

PAGADIAN CITY - An alleged fire incident has transpired inside an Rural Transit Bus about 8:00 o’clock in the evening of November 9, 2016 with body number   966 bearing Plate # JVH 443 bound to Pagadian City.  Initial investigation disclosed after an on the spot investigation conducted by the personnel of this office together the Bomb Squad that the said fire started at  the baggage area located at the upper right side of the bus wherein the bag owned by Dr Rowel David Yap y Dacullo, 26 years old, single and a resident Sumadat, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur, when at about 8:00 o’ clock in the evening of the same date when the said bus was about to depart going Pagadian City, his Power Bank tuck inside his bag ignited and caught fire, which cause the said incident, immediately personnel of the Rural Bus Transit in the person of  Reynaldo Reyes y Ignacio (Driver) immediately stop the fire with a Fire Extinguisher. No passengers were injured on the said accident and the passengers of the said bus immediately were transferred safely.

RA 3019 Violators Surrendered

MOLAVE - Eight individuals personally surrendered to the Molave MPS at about 7:30 AM of November 9, 2016. They were identified as Flavio Jamorol Saniel, 65 years old, Jerry Gene Egno Delos Santos, 46 years old, Marcos Mamalias Bahinting, 53 years old, Melita Castro Delos Santos, 53 years old Gasmelba Heyrosa Felicitas, 59 years old, Nikki Bermejo Omboy, 42 years old and Lina Lou Jamorol Gitalan, 39 years old, all are residents of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. Said persons have standing warrant of arrest for People of the Philippines versus Flavio J Saniel Jr  et al for the crime of Sec. 3(e) of R.A. No. 3019 docketed under Criminal Case No. 3019 issued by Hon. Jose R Hernandez, Chairperson, Associate Justice, Fourth Division, Sandigan Bayan, Quezon City dated October 14, 2016 with bail bond of P30,000.00 each.

High Value Drug Personality Nabbed in Pagadian

PAGADIAN CITY - Combined elements of PAIDSOTG, Zamboanga Del Sur PPO and operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and PDEA conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok Balatong Dos, Barangay Kahayagn, Pagadian City at about 8:40, November 8, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of one Christopher Canada Egipto (High Value Target of Pagadian City under Coplan Patani), 28 years old, single, jobless and a resident of said place. Confiscated were: one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing crystalline substance believed to be shabu; one (1) pieces rolled aluminum foil; and P200.00 bill.

2 Nabbed in Pagadian City for Possessing Unlicensed Firearm

PAGADIAN CITY - Two individuals were arrested for possessing an unlicensed following a police operastion carried out by operatives of Pagadian City Police Station in Pagadian City at about 7:00 PM of November 9, 2016. The two arrested persons were identified as Jalil Cariga Y Odin, 23 years old, male, married, and a resident of Barangay Piraka, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte and one Darangina Cariga Y Bating, 64 years old, male, married, Filipino and a resident of Barangay Piraka, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte. Recovered from his possession and control are two (2) unit Cal .45 chamber loaded with two (2) ammunitions of same Cal, and thirteen (13) pcs ammunitions of said cal.
