REPORTED INCIDENT - November 21, 2016

Shooting Incident

TABINA - Shooting incident transpired at about 8:30 PM of Novemver 20, 2016 at Barangay Bayabaya, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein the victim was identified as one Elizar Mamintas y Comendador, 32 years old, married, Local Government Unit Employee of Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Bayabaya, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur. Victim sustained one gunshot wounds on the left portion of his neck and one (1) gunshot wounds on his stomach. Victim was rushed to Tabina Rural Health Center but later referred to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for further medical treatment. Suspect fled to unknown direction on board a Single MC. Recovered from the crime scene four fired cartridge cases of caliber 45. Motive of the incident and the identity of the suspect are still to be determined.

Vehicular Non-Traffic Accident

AURORA - Vehicular Non-Traffic Accident occurred at about 12:45 am of November 20, 2016, wherein PNP Patrol Car of Aurora MPS driven by PO1 NER S NARCISO JR, duty/designated driver met an accident at the National Highway of Purok San Vicente of Barangay Libertad, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. Accordingly, there was an approaching vehicle coming from opposite direction with high beam light and when said vehicle passes through, PO1 Narciso, the driver suddenly noticed two (2) pieces of bamboo tree which hanged in the roadside barrier that blocked their lane and he immediately evade his driven vehicle but lost control and crashed that resulted to fell into the canal then rotate two (2) times. As a result, Po1 Narciso and Po1 Liezel D Miñoza sustained contusions on the different parts of their bodies, while Po2 Sannie R Miñoza, Aira Lee Minoza, Juhora Miñoza and Jeneva Del Castillo fell into the road and sustained head & body injuries.

Cadaver Found

TAMBULIG - A cadaver was found floating at Purok 6, Barangay Angeles, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur. at about 4:15 PM of November 20, 2016 Initial investigation conducted by Tambulig MPS disclosed that the unidentified floating cadaver was a male person, wearing color black underwear, estimated age and identity of same cannot be determined for it was already in the state of decomposition. Said cadaver was subsequently buried beside the river banks of the aforementioned place as decided by the responding Team of Tambulig MPS and Barangay Chairman of Barangay Angeles, for it was having a very bad odor that may cause sickness/illness to the community. Tambulig MPS is still conducting series of inquiry of any missing male person from the neighboring Municipalities for possible identification and to locate the immediate family of said cadaver.

Stabbing Incident

GUIPOS - Stabbing incident transpired at about 7:30 PM of November 20, 2016 at Purok Osmeia, Barangay Balongating, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein the victim was identified as one Eddie Boy Ondong y Aninion, 27 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok Roxas, Balongating, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur was stabbed by Elmer Languita y Almerante, 40 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok Aguinaldo, Balongating, Guipos, ZDS. Victim sustained two (2) stabbed wounds on his left arm and two (2) stabbed wounds on his back and rushed to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for immediate medical treatment.  Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of Guipos MPS conducted hot pursuit operation and successfully arrested the suspect at about 8:30 pm of the same date and now temporarily detained at Guipos MPS lock-up cell while a case for Frustrated Murder is now being prepared against him for immediate filing in court.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

RA 9262 Violator Nabbed

TAMBULIG - A 29-year old man was arrested in Purok 4, Barangay Lower Lodiong, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur for violation of RA 9262 at about 8:30 PM of Nov 19, 2016. The Tambulig MPS identified as Garry Halina Borres, 29 years old, a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Lower Lodiong, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur. He allegedly harassed his family (wife and Children) inside their house armed with kitchen knife and threatened the same to kill them all.  Suspect was temporarily detained at Tambulig MPS lock-up cell while appropriate case is being prepared for immediate filing in court.
