REPORTED INCIDENT - November 25, 2016

Shooting Incident

RAMON MAGSAYSAY - Shooting incident transpired at about 4:52 PM, November 24, 2016 at Purok 4, Barangay Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur. wherein victim identified as William Davalos Lato, 23 years old, single, farmer, newly discharged from BJMP of Ramon Magsaysay and a resident of Barangay Bag-ong Baroy, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur was walking along the road of said place, when suddenly two (2) unidentified persons wearing a mask onboard on a single motorcycle color red without plate number and immediately shot the victim several times and immediately fled to unknown direction right after the commission of the crime. Victim sustained five (5) gunshot wounds on his body and head which causes his untimely death. Recovered from the crime scene were one (1) empty fired cartridge case and one sling bag color black containing clothes. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.

Dead Found

DIMATALING - Dead body was found at about 10:00 AM, November 24, 2016 at Sitio Calulaom, Barangay Grap, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur identified as David Apas Salinas, 31 years old, married, farmer and a resident of said place. Victim sustained slight contusion on the forehead. The cadaver was properly turned-over to his immediate family and brought to the house of his parents at Sitio Balungis, Barangay Sagukan, V Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Slight Physical Injury and Other Mischief

DUMALINAO - Slight Physical Injury and Other Mischief occurred at about 7:00 PM, November 24, 2016, wherein one Cio John Dapriza, 35 years old, married, jobless and a resident of Purok Patag, Barangay Pantad, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur was arrested by personnel of Dumalinao MPS for throwing a stone at the residence of one Junmar Laguido Y Maitom, 36 years old, married, jobless and also a resident of said place.  As a result, victim Junmar was hit on his left ventricle and the glass jealousy of their house was broken. Arrested person is now temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of said police station.

Neutralization of Wanted Person

PAGADIAN CITY - The Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO3 Carlos D Omentic, Warrant Server conducted police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Purok Bayanihan, San Francisco District, Pagadian City On November 24, 2016 at around 10:45 AM. This resulted to the arrest of one (1) Judith Jugarap Y Perez, 41 years old, female, married and a resident of said place. Arrested person has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa docketed under Criminal Case No. 19239 issued by Hon. Silvestre D. Orejana, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 5, Iligan City with bail bond of P40, 000.00.
