Teen Nabbed in Pagadian City during Buy Bust
A teenager was arrested by the Elements
of Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOTF)
during drug buy bust / entrapment operation in Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian
City at about 6:00 AM of August 11, 2014. Arrested pusher was identified as Ricardi
Damuag Y Arellano, 22, single, a native of Ozamis City. confiscated from his
possession and control were four small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu and five hundred
peso bill (P500.00) as marked money. Suspect was brought and detained at the
said police office for proper disposition.

On or about 6:00 in the morning of August 12,
2014, Mr. John Roy Gapol Capapas, 24 years old, married, farmer by occupation
and a resident of P- 3, Barangay Upper Landing, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur
appeared before Dumingag Police Station and reported that on or about 3:30 in
the morning of same date, that he was shot once By Hepolito Lazagas Jr., alias
Jay- ar, at Purok 3, Barangay Dilud, Zamboanga Del Sur particularly in his farm
house while sleeping therein together with his wife Jennalyn. the said suspect
was identified by the victim as one Hipolito Lazagas Jr. who was then armed with unidentified
caliber short firearm and shot the victim once hitting the victim’s forehead
fortunately it did not penetrated into his forehead as a result the slug just
stick on his forehead. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the
incident. Victim turned-over the
recovered slug to Dumingag Police Station for exhibit. The motive of the
incident is personal grudges according to the victim. Dumingag Police Station
is now preparing the necessary documents for the filing of case against the

A member of the BJMP assigned in Cebu
City was arrested by the Pagadian City Police Station after he was accused by
the owner of a KTV Bar and disco of maliciously discharging his firearm outside
the said establishment at about 9:30 PM of August 12, 2014. Arrested was SJO1
Wendell Mondarte Y Morre, 40, married, BJMP member assigned at Bantayan
District Jail, Cebu City and a resident of Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City. Confiscated
from his possession and control were one unit caliber 9mm pistol tanfoglio
brand with serial number ab86629 without pertinent documents. Suspect was
brought and detained at the Pagadian City Police Station while the formal
criminal complaint against him was already elevated at the prosecutor office
docketed under i.s number 1x-05-inq-14h-00177 for alarm and scandals and
violation of RA 1059.

On or about 0830h August 12, 2014, Hon. Almer Amba, Barangay Chairman
of barangay Kalilangan, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur personally appeared before
San Pablo Police Station to report that on or about 1:30 in the morning of
August 12, 2014, Stabbing Incident transpired at Purok 5, Barangay Kalilangan,
San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur. Personnel of San Pablo Police Station proceeded
to the said place to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation
conducted by San Pablo Police Station disclosed that the victim identified as
Tito Gorero Y Cillo, 64 years old, married, farmer and a resident of aforesaid
place was stab to death by unidentified perpetrators using a bladed weapon.
Initial investigation further disclosed that the victim was sleeping alone in
his house and the suspects gained entry by destroying the door located at the
back portion of the house. Victim sustained multiple stab wounds on the
different parts of his body that caused his untimely death. Right after the
incident, the suspects fled away towards unknown direction. Motive of the
incident is still to be determined. an in-depth investigation and hot pursuit
operation is still being launched by San Pablo Police Station for possible
identification of the suspects as well as their motives in killing the victim.

On or about 1:00 in the morning of
August 13, 2014, one (1) Marjun Maban Y Fiel, 21 years old, male, single and a
resident of Purok Bayabas, Barangay Banale, Pagadian City personally reported
to Pagadian City Police Station informing that a stabbing incident transpired
at the aforesaid place wherein the victim was his father identified as Mateo
Maban Y Belleones, 49 years old, farmer. Reaction team of Pagadian City Police
Station together with the duty investigator proceeded to the reported place to
conduct investigation. initial investigation disclosed that on or about 12:45
in the morning of August 13, 2014, the victim was last seen inside their
Videoke Hauz at the said place and was found by his immediate family lying on
the ground bath with blood and sustained multiple stabbed wounds on the
different parts of his body with the used of unidentified type of bladed weapon
that resulted to his instantaneous death. Victim was brought to Zamboanga Del
Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for immediate medical treatment but
declared dead on arrival by his attending physician. Suspect fled to unknown
direction after the incident. Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting
thorough investigation to possibly identify the suspect and file appropriate
case in court if evidence warrant. Investigation on case is PO2 Jennipher

Fire incident took place at about 10:30
PM of August 13, 2014 in Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City. PNP elements of
Pagadian City Police Station together with the Pagadian city bureau of fire
responded to the incident purposely to assist the flow of traffic and prevent
looters who might take advantage of the situation. Accordingly, said fire started
at the residential house owned by certain Lodebeca Al-os Y Agan and was
presently occupied by Jassen Al-os, 16 years old, male, grade 9 student of Sta.
Lucia National High School. Investigation showed that a lighted candle was left
unattended at said house which believed to be the cause of fire and then
escalated into nearby twelve (12) residential houses which were razed to ground
by fire. The Bureau of Fire declared fired out at about 12:30 AM of August 14,
2014 while the estimated cause of damage is yet to be determine.

Robbery/ ransacked incident occurred
at about 6:50 PM of August 13, 2014 in Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian City,
wherein the residential house of Doel Singidas Y Camacho, 41, married and a
resident of said place was robbed and ransacked by unidentified suspects.
Investigation showed that the suspects gain entrance by forcibly destroying the
window glass of his room of said house and upon getting the chance carted away
the following: one Nikon camera; unit Sony digital camera touch screen; five pieces
necklace; three pieces bracelet; and five pairs of earrings. The Pagadian City
Police is now conducting follow –up operation on the incident.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Farmer with Homicide Case Arrested in Tambulig
Operatives of Tambulig Police Station
arrested a farmer in Barangay Balugo, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:15
AM of August 13, 2014. Arrested suspect was identified as Eliezer Aman, 50,
married, farmer and a resident of said place. he was arrested in his residence
by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated homicide and
attempted qualified theft docketed under criminal case number tc-2000-036 and
criminal case number 5854 issued by Acting Judge Hon Ricardo L. Salvamera,
Municipal Trial Court in Cities and Presiding Judge Hon Resurrection T. Inting
of Regional Trial Court, branch 16, 10th judicial Region, Tangub City
Respectively. The bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty was fixed to
Php24, 000.00 for frustrated homicide while Php10, 000.00 for attempted
qualified theft. Suspect is now being turned over to the Tangub City Jail for
proper disposition.
