Mechanic Arrested In Pagadian City during Drug Buy Bust

A 35 years old mechanic was arrested by the Anti-illegal Drugs operatives of the Zamboanga Del Sur Police Office during buy-bust operation in Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City at about 6:00 AM of August 4, 2014. Arrested was Felix Pedrosa Guillergan, 35, married, mechanic and a resident of Barangay Lenienza, Pagadian City. Confiscated from his possession and control were a small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu and the five hundred peso bill (Php 500.00) as buy bust dash money. Suspect is now being detained at the said police office and charges for violation of RA 9165 which has already been filed before the City Prosecutors Office, Pagadian City docked under I.S. case number ix-05-0nq-14h-00166.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 9:20 in the evening of August 04, 2014 at Zone 1, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City wherein victim identified as Abdulhaqq Pantaran aka Mama, 40 years old, married, self employed, resident of the aforesaid place was shot to death by two (2) unidentified suspects using caliber 45 and caliber 9mm pistol based on the recovered seven (7) fired cartridge case of caliber 45 pistol and eight (music) fired cartridge case of caliber 9mm pistol from the crime scene. investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that prior to the incident, said victim together with his companion identified as Kudos Calib Y Adam, 43 years old, farmer, resident of Purok B3, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City were having a drinking session at the house of certain Benjamin Iligan Y Ortega  located at Zone 1, Barangay Tiguma Pagadian City. a few minutes later, victim went outside purposely to urinate at the back portion of the house of certain Annabel Bayamban Morales of said place, when suddenly two (2) unidentified suspects appeared and shot him several times hitting on the different parts of his body which resulted to his instantaneous death while suspect immediately fled to unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Alfon Buenbrazo Belloan, conducted a follow-up investigation for the possible identity and arrest of suspects while a team of SOCO from Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (PCLO) led by PInsp Aurelio Jara processed the crime scene. Evidence recovered were seven (7) fired cartridge case of caliber 45 pistol and eight (music) fired cartridge case of caliber 9mm pistol. ARRESTED WANTED PERSON

On or about 9:30 in the morning of August 04, 2014 at 583 Mabini St.,  Barangay Poblacion, Aurora Zamboanga Del Sur wherein elements of Aurora Police Station led by SPO3 Jimmy V Guevarra, Chief Intelligence under the direction and control of PSInsp Heidel B Te-elan, OIC proceeded to above mentioned place to served and effect the warrant of arrest which resulted to the arrest of one (1) Rosie Lou Puerto Y Delos Reyes, 42 years old, married, housekeeper a resident of said place by virtue of warrant of arrest duly signed by Hon Jaime B. Caberte, RTC Branch 30 Presiding Judge, Aurora Zamboanga Del Sur. accused was charged for Estafa (two counts) docketed under criminal case nrs 14-10,1050 and 14-10,1051 before the RTC Br 30, Aurora Zamboanga Del Sur. recommended bail for her temporary liberty was fixed at Php40,000. Accused now temporarily detained at aurora police station lack-up cell while awaiting the court order for disposition.

THEFT OF MOTORCYCLE

On or about 7:35 in the evening of August 04, 2014, one (1) Rodeline Lopez Y Cande, 33 years old, married, Dep Ed Teacher assigned at Baloyboan Elementary School and resident of Block 17, Lot 5, Vettalea Homes Subdivision, Barangay Manga, Pagadian City personally appeared and reported to Pagadian City Police Station informing that her single motorcycle Suzuki Raider, bearing plate number JT-4724 was found/ discovered  missing at around 4:50 in the afternoon of same date while being parked inside her residence of the abovementioned place and believed stolen by unidentified suspect. Elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation for the possible identity and arrest of suspect.

                  

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

On or about 4:30 in the afternoon of August 04, 2014, along national highway of Barangay Sta. Barbara, Imelda. Zamboanga Sibugay, vehicular accident transpired wherein one (1) xrm125, black/red combination, for registration, owned by certain Ssgt Edgardo Y Nion, 52 years old, married, assigned at 53rd IB,1ID based at Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur – back rider; and driven by Ronel Abo Y Navarrete, 27 years old, single, member of same unit, and all residents of same place, sideswiped a pedestrian identified as Guennet Montiel Y Rodriguez, 8 years old, a resident of Barangay Sta. Barbara, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay Province. initial investigation conducted by responding PNP personnel of Imelda Police Station disclosed that single motorcycle came from 44th IB, based at Barangay Lower Baluran, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay Province en route to Guipos, Zamboanga Sibugay Province when suddenly said victim darted across the road unaware of the incoming motorcycle, driver veered his driven vehicle to avoid but still they hit the victim, both of them incurred injuries and immediately brought to the nearby Lancheta Medical Clinic for immediate treatment. However, victim was later referred to Zamboanga City Hospital for further medical attention due to the severity of the injury she sustained. Further, after treatment of the driver, he was then brought to Imelda Police Station with his motorcycle for proper disposition.

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON

On or about 6:20 in the evening of August 04, 2014, elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO2 Carlos Dungon Omentic, warrant server, upon the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, OIC proceeded to Purok Esmeralda-B, Barangay San Jose District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur and arrested one (1) Juneleo Delos Santos Y Bazaar, 24 years old, married and resident of said place. subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of section 5 and 6 of R.A. 9262 (Violence Against Womewn And Children Act ) issued by Hon Judge Benjamin R Lanzaderas, 9th Judicial Region, RTC, Branch 22, Pagadian City docketed under cc nr 11603-2k14 with bail recommended amounted to Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000) for his temporarily liberty. Subject person is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station locked-up cell awaiting commitment order from the court.
