Hacking Incident in Payao
Hacking Incident in Payao
Hacking incident
occurred at about 4:00 PM of August 9, 2014 in Barangay La Fortuna, Payao,
Zamboanga Sibugay. The victim was identified as Elmer Baklas Francisco, 38
years old, married and a resident of said place. He was hacked by suspect
identified as Elmer Atillano, 25 years old, single and a resident of same
place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim went to the
house of his neighbor identified as certain Jaime Ramillano purposely to
confront the suspect who temporarily stayed at the said house. Said victim
allegedly threatened by the suspect, however, when the victim entered the
house, the alleged suspect without apparent reason/provocation hacked the
victim using a jungle bolo causing his instantaneous death. PNP elements of
Payao police station are still conducting follow-up investigation/operation for
the possible arrest of the fleeing suspect while case is now being readied for
filing in court.
Shooting Incident in Pagadian City
Shooting Incident occurred at about 8:20 AM of August 10,
2014 in Barangay Bulawn, Pagadian City. Investigation showed that the victims Julie
Benabaye Y Perater, 39, male, farmer and his brother identified as Gil Benabaye
Y Perater together with his wife, daughter and mother-in-law Lilian Alvarod were
inside the house of his father-in-law Leonardo Alvarado located at
abovementioned place. At that moment, they saw seven (7) unidentified armed men
several meters away going nearer to their house. At that juncture, Gil Benabaye
instructed his wife, daughter and mother-in-law to run away from the house,
however, Julie and Gil stayed inside and a few minutes later, they were fired
upon several times by the seven armed men which prompted them to take cover by
crawling at the floor. After hearing successive gun fire, they heard an explosion
believed to be a grenade. Victim Julie Benabaye sustained a gunshot wounds on
his left foot and was brought to the Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for
Treatment while his brother was not hit. The suspects fled to unknown direction
after the incident. recovered from the crime scene were sixteen (16) pcs fired
cartridge case of Cal .45 Cal pistol, two (2) fire cartridge of 9mm Cal pistol,
three (3) pcs fire cartridge of 12 gauge shotgun, twelve (12) pcs slugs of Cal
.45, one (1) pc 9mm slug, three (3) pcs of deformed slugs of undetermined Cal, five
(5) pcs shrapnel of mk2 fragmentation grenade, one (1) pc grenade safety level.
The Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting thorough investigation for
the possible arrest of the suspects.
Robbery
Incident in Pagadian City
Robbery incident occurred at about
2:10 PM of August 10, 2014 at the Generics pharmacy located in Rizal Ave, San
Pedro District, Pagadian City. Investigation showed that the two unidentified male
suspects entered the said establishment and one of the suspect armed with undetermined
firearm jumped over the customer service shelves / counter and declared hold – up.
He gun pointed the duty pharmacist assistant and immediately took the sales
collection of the establishment from the cash register amounting to twenty
thousand pesos cash (Php 20,000.00) and three cellphones owned by the victims.
The suspects then fled towards unknown direction after the incident. The
Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting thorough investigation to
possibly identify and arrest the fleeing suspects.
Mauling Incident in Tambulig
Mauling incident took place at about 7:15 AM of August 10,
2014 in Barangay Bag-ong Kauswagan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was
identified as Nemesia Salvedia, 57, married, housewife and a resident of said
place. She was mauled by her adopted son identified as Alfredo Salvedia Y Hinol,
21, single, farmer. The suspect was naked and angrily holding alpha piece of
wood believed used in mauling the victim when the responding PNP team arrived.
The victim sustained injuries on her left leg, left shoulder and head. She was brought
to Tambulig Community hospital for medication. Suspect was arrested by the
responding team and he was brought to Tambulig Police Station while a case is
being prepared for inquest case against the said suspect.
Motorcycle Stolen in Tambulig
A reported stolen of single motorcycle incident occurred at
about 8:30 PM of August 10, 2014 at Purok 2, Barangay New Village, Tambulig,
Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein one (1) single mc Honda wave 100 cc color black
bearing the plate number jq7467 engine kwy11eo21805, chassis kwy11021895 mv
file number 0930-00000044729 model 2012 owned by Jose Lumapaz Y Vallega, 59, married,
farmer and a resident of the aforesaid place was stolen by unidentified suspect
while being parked beside their house. Meanwhile, said motorcycle was recovered
at about 12:00 AM of same date at the grassy area near the owner’s house. The
Tambulig Police Station is now continuously conducting follow – up
investigation to possibly identify the suspect.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Man Held for mauling his live-in
partner and for possessing illegal drugs
PNP elements of Dimataling Police Station arrested Rolly
Cadondoy, 21, after illegal drugs was confiscated form his possession during
follow-up operation in Barangay Poblacion, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 4:28 PM of August 10, 2014. Suspect arrest came after the PNP team
responded to the complaint filed by his pregnant live-in partner identified as Normina
Sabdula Y Romano, 22, single, a resident of said place. In her complaint, the
victim was mauled by her live-in partner at the height of their discussion in
their residence. The responding team caught the suspect who was believed to be
under the influence of intoxicating liquor and or prohibited drugs. when
searched conducted to his body, the PNP responding team was able to confiscate
from his possession and control three (3) white crystalline granules believed
to be Shabu, ten (10) pcs of aluminum foil and one (1) disposable lighter. Suspect
was brought and detained at said police station while inquest case is being
prepared against him for violation of Republic Act 9165.
