OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

STOLEN SINGLE MOTORCYCLE AND SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY OF SAID MOTORCYCLE

On or about 11:00 in the morning of August 16, 2014, one (1) Isaias Tago Y Balagtas, legal age and a resident of Sanson St., Gatas District, Pagadian City personally came at Pagadian City Police Station and reported that on or about 10:00 in the morning of August 16, 2014, her RUSI single motorcycle color black with plate number 2935-JQ, which was parked in front of his residence was discovered lost and believed to be taken by unidentified suspect.

Immediately, Pagadian City Police Station conducted follow-up operation and on or about 4:30 in the afternoon of August 16, 2014, the same single motorcycle was successfully recovered in front of Café Ilang-Ilang, Cabrera St., Corner B Aquino, Pagadian City and believed to be abandoned by unidentified suspect. Said motorcycle was properly turned-over to the rightful owner.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 2:50 in the afternoon of August 16, 2014, Pagadian City Police Station received a radio call from PSB Dumagoc, Pagadian City informing that shooting incident transpired on or about 2:35 in the afternoon of August 16, 2014 at Purok Kahayag, Dumagoc, Pagadian City. Elements of Pagadian City Police Station proceeded to the said place to conduct investigation. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim identified as one (1) Jolito Sumoda y Misa, 33 years old, male, married, fisherman and a resident of Purok Kahayag, Dumagoc, Pagadian City. He was shot by two (2) unidentified suspects with the use of caliber .45 pistol and caliber 9mm pistol based on the recovered fired cartridge cases found at the crime scene. Further investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim was under the influence of intoxicating liquor went to the said place and stabbed Margelito Celada Y Arela, 33 years old, male and a resident of Purok Sili, Danlugan, Pagadian City with the use of a kitchen knife hitting his left shoulder. However, Margelito Celada managed to retaliate the attacked by pulling the knife from his shoulder and with the same knife stabbed the victim once hitting his chest. Victim having another knife tried to stabbed again Margelito Celada for the second time but was able to elude and run away. Afterwards, allegedly two (2) unidentified armed men came and shot the victim several times that resulted to his untimely death. Suspects fled to unknown direction after the incident. Margelito Celada was immediately brought to Jamelarin Hospital for medical treatment while cadaver of the victim now lies at Gamalinda Funeral Homes. Responding PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station recovered five (5) pieces  fired cartridges cases of cal .45 pistol and nine (9) pieces  fired cartridges cases of caliber .9mm pistol. The policemen also recovered one (1) pc kitchen knife measuring more or less fourteen (14) inches long. Motive of the incident was allegedly due to love triangle. Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification of the suspects.  

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

On or about 7:40 in the evening of August 16, 2014, one (1) Angelito Paquiao Calapiz, 32 years old, a resident of Purok 3, Delusom, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur personally appeared and reported to this office that motor vehicle accident transpired at the national highway of Barangay Kaangayan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur and according to him, the victim was already brought them to LTMPC Hospital, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur. Elements of Mahayag Police Station led by SPO3 Joseph Molina Novero proceeded to the aforesaid place of incident and conducted ocular investigation. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim identified as Hermodenes Hermocilla Libot-Libot, 35 years old, married, farmer and alpha resident of Purok 2, Kaangayan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur was hit/bumped by a Honda XRM 125cc single motorcycle, red, bearing plate number 2871-JK and driven by unidentified male person. Further, disclosed that at around 7:20 in the evening of same date, the aforesaid victim was walking heading to east direction at the national highway of Purok 2, Kaangayan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur, when he was hit/bumped by the aforesaid single motorcycle traveling heading on the same direction. Victim suffered injuries in his head, legs and other parts of his body and now admitted/confined at LTMPC Hospital Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur. The aforesaid single motorcycle crash down on the concrete road and incurred damage and abandoned by the driver and fled to unknown direction. Responding team recovered the single motorcycle and now at the custody of Mahayag Police Station for proper disposition. Mahayag Police Station is still conducting follow-up investigation for the possible identification of the driver as well as the registered owner of the said motorcycle.
