Shooting incident
transpired at about 7:00 AM of August 14, 2014 along the road of Purok 2,
Barangay Dilud, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was a Barangay Chairman
identified as Arlon Avenido Luceñara, 46 years old and his wife identified as
Mary Jane Tablon Luceñara, 35 years old, both residents of said place. The
couple were shot and stabbed to death by aka Tisoy Enlab together with two unidentified
companion with the use of 12 gauge shotgun and bladed weapon. Both victims
sustained pellet wounds and stabbed wounds on their bodies and died on the spot
while their children identified as Kevin Tablon Luceñara, 9 years old and
Arjane Tablon Luceñara, 3 years old both minors who were with them during the
incident were able to escaped from the suspects. Follow-up investigation is now
being conducted by Dumingag Police Station in order to establish the motive and
the real identities of the suspects for their arrest.

transpired at about 10:00 AM of August 14, 2014 in Barangay Piwan, Midsalip,
Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Liberato Lodiomon Y Arnoza, 47,
married, resident of abovementioned place. He was shot to death by unidentified
armed men. Investigation showed that the victim was on his way to his rice
field located at the above-mentioned place when suddenly five unidentified
armed men waylaid him and shot him with the use of undetermined type of
firearm. The victim sustained four gunshot wounds on his back that cause his
untimely death. After the incident, the suspect fled to unknown direction
leaving a letter/note with alleged reason why they did it signed by certain “Ka
Boki” identifying themselves as members of NPA. The Midsalip Police Station is now
conducting thorough investigation for the possible arrest of the suspects.

Shooting incident took
place at about 8:20 PM of August 14, 2014 in Barangay Bogayo, Kumalarang,
Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as certain Samuel Francisco Y
Evangelio, 48 years old, married, resident of Sinubong, Zamboanga City. He sustained
gunshot wounds at the right side of his body. based on the initial account of
the victim it was learned that while he was travelling on board his single
motorcycle color red rouser with plate#9503sb bound to Pagadian City and upon
reaching somewhere at the vicinity of Barangay Bogayo, Kumalarang, Zamboanga
Del Sur, he was shot by the unidentified persons using undetermined Cal of
firearm. Upon arrival of the hospital, the victim was declared dead on arrival by
the attending physician due to fatal wounds sustained particularly at the back
portion of his body. Investigation showed that according to the witness, while
he was doing household chores in his residence, he heard a series of gun burst
which he believed originated at the above-mentioned barangay. victim’s remains
is now lies at Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center awaiting to be claimed by his
immediate family while his single motorcycle is temporarily held for safe
keeping at the Police Action Center in Barangay Tubod, Lakewood for proper
disposition.

Shooting incident
occurred at about 7:10 PM of August 14, 2014 in Barangay Sta. Lucia, District,
Pagadian City. The victim was identified as Rio Gilbuena Y Santos, 46, male, married
and a resident of said place. He was sitting inside his carenderia located at
the same place and having a conversation with his wife when suddenly two unidentified
male person wearing a surgical mask came and entered into their carenderia and
without apparent reason shot the victim on his head that resulted to his
untimely death. Suspects fled on foot towards unknown direction after the
incident. Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) fired cartridge case of
Cal 45. The Pagadian City Police is now conducting further investigation to
possibly identify and apprehend the suspects.

Robbery incident
occurred in Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian City at about 12:40 AM of August 14,
2014, wherein the house of a certain
Rumolo Lumo Jr. Y Roslinda, 40, seaman was robbed and ransacked by unidentified
persons. Investigation showed that the unidentified suspect/s successfully gained
entry by forcibly opening the backdoor of the said house and carted away
fifteen 15) assorted imported perfume
and one teaser flashlight with an estimated value of the said items was
more or less twenty thousand pesos (Php 20,000.00). The Pagadian City Police is
now conducting meticulous investigation to possibly identify the perpetrators.

Tricycle
Driver held in Tukuran for Carrying Unlicensed Firearm
Operatives of Tukuran
Police Station apprehended a tricycle driver for possessing unlicensed firearm
during the conduct of checkpoint in Barangay Sto. Nino, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del
Sur at about 9:15 PM of August 14, 2014. Suspect was identified as Rolly
Huntong Sabas, 30, tricycle driver, resident of Barangay Panduma, Tukuran.
Seized from his possession was a cal. 45 colt pistol government models bearing
serial 136558 with one (1) magazine including seven (7) live ammos of cal. 45.
Suspect failed to present legal documents/permit to carry such firearm. He was
brought and detained at the said police station while his single Honda XRM 125 black
and white combination is now under the custody of Tukuran Police Station for
proper disposition.

transpired at about 1:00 AM of August 15, 2014 at the municipal gymnasium in
Barangay Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victims were identified as Merjun
Gasco Disapor, 22, active member of Phil marines assigned at Indanan, Sulu and a resident of Barangay Panubigan, Pitogo and certain Renell Alastra. Investigation disclosed
that both the victims were having drinking spree together with their friends at
the upper portion inside the gymnasium, watching the intramurals of JH Cerilles
State College State University when suddenly unidentified person appeared and
without any apparent reason fired upon them several time using armalite rifle
based on the four (4) fired cartridges cases found at the crime scene. Both
victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds at their body which caused the victim
Renell Alastra untimely death while other victim was rushed to the nearest
rural health center by their friends but later pronounced dead on arrival by
the attending physician. The suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident.
The Pitogo Police Station is now conducting hot pursuit operation for the
possible arrest of the suspect.

occurred at about 2:35 AM of August 15, 2014 in Duterte Street, Barangay Gatas
district, Pagadian City. the victims
were identified as Elmer Baniares, 39, married, seaman, resident of Barangay
Dao, Pagadian City and Cargo Garves, 28, married, resident of Barangay
Balangasan, Pagadian City. They were having drinking spree at Olympus music
lounge located at the above-mentioned place, however, while in the course of
their drinking, Elmer Baniares slapped one of the costumer of said
establishment which caused alarmed but was pacified by some customers. At that
juncture, Elmer Baniares and his friend Carlo Garves left said establishment
purposely to ask for help from other friend but upon reaching at above-mentioned
place, two unidentified suspects onboard a blue Kawasaki fury tailed the two
victims and fired at the victims with the use of undetermined caliber of short
firearms. The victims fortunately were not hit and able to run away and
suspects who also fled away. investigation disclosed that the people nearby
came and verified the incident but after few minutes, the two unidentified suspects
came back with long firearms and deliberately shot them hitting three innocent
victims in different parts of their bodies. They were identified as Cielo
Dinsay Y Delos Santos, 51; John Paul Dinsay Y Ibañez, 20, student; and Alvin
Sebuco Y Rumago, 24, pump boy of shell gas station located at the said place.
The victims were rushed to Pagadian City Medical Center for treatment but John
Paul Dinsay Y Ibañez was declared dead latter by attending physician. The
Pagadian City Police recovered from the crime scene seven (7) pieces empty
shell of 5.56 Cal, three fired shell of .45 Cal and three deformed slugs of
undetermined firearm. The Pagadian City Police is now conducting follow - up
investigation to identify the perpetrators.
