Dead Body Found in Dimataling
Dimataling,
Zamboanga Del Sur – An unidentified male dead body was found at purok 2,
barangay kagawasan, Dimataling at about 6:30 in the evening of December 11,
2014. Police Inspector Bernard P.
Talitayan, Deputy Chief of Police of Dimataling MPS, identified the male dead
body as Aldren Baran y Medulla, 21, single, Barangay Tanod and resident of
Barangay San Isidro, Pitogo. He was found lying lifeless with two gunshot
wounds on his right knee and stabbed wound on his anus. He was allegedly killed
in other place and subsequently thrown on the aforesaid place considering that
no gun burst was heard by the residence. The Dimataling MPS now conducted a
follow- investigation to possibly identify and arrest the suspects.
HACKING INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN CITY
On or about 5:00 in the afternoon of December 13,
2014, Pagadian City Police Station received
a call from concern citizen informing that a hacking incident transpired at Purok
Waling-Waling, Barangay Napolan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Demetrio Sardual
Y Ampoon, of legal age, male, married, fisherman and a resident of Purok Bay-Bay,
Barangay Napolan, Pagadian City was
hacked by suspect identified as Ricardo Cabiguin Y Calumba, 47 years old,
male, married, a resident of Purok Waling-Waling, Barangay Napolan, Pagadian City.
PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Avelmar Renan U
Garambas, officer of the day, together with the duty investigator and react team2,
all under the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, OIC proceeded to the
abovementioned place. Investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed
that on or about 4:45 in the afternoon of December 13, 2014, both victim and
suspect were having a drinking spree at the abovementioned place when heated
altercation ensued between them. A few minutes later, said suspect went to his
house purposely to avoid trouble but same was chased and provoked by the former
(victim) which prompted the suspect to grab a bladed weapon inside his house
and hacked the victim. As a result, victim sustained minor hacked wound on his
head and right arm while the suspect also sustained lacerated wound on his left
toe. Responding PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station successfully
arrested the suspect to include the bladed weapon used during the incident and
brought him to the nearest hospital including the victim for medical treatment
of their sustained wounds and subsequently brought them to Pagadian City Police
Station for proper disposition. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian
City Police Station locked-up cell while an appropriate case is now being

CONFLAGRATION INCIDENT
On or about 1:50 in the morning of December 13, 2014,
Midsalip Police Station received a cellular phone call from SPO1 Jose Mangubat
Jumantoc, team leader of Public Market Compac of said municipality informing
that a fire incident transpired at Barangay Poblacion B, Midsalip, Zamboanga
Del Sur particularly at the commercial establishment owned by certain Mario
Adiong, legal age, married and resident of said place. PNP elements of Midsalip
Police Station led by PSInsp Ansary Romapa Polog, COP immediately coordinated
with the bureau of fire of said municipality and other BFP adjacent
municipalities and proceeded to the reported place of incident purposely to
cordoned the area, prevent looters who might take advantage of the situation
and other necessary actions needed to prevent fire from escalating to other
nearby establishment and residential houses. upon arrival of the responding
team, the commercial establishment owned by certain Mario Dong was totally
razed to ground by fire and escalated into nearby eight commercial establishments which were owned by
the following: Mario Adiong; Melie Nuya; Julieto Chu; Erlinda Magsayo; Melvin Rebuyon; Hubadmi Store; Ronilo Palermo; and Devina Macra while the
three (3) residential houses which were owned by Fraxidez Raniel,
Esperanza Calunod and Joan Tumapon, all
of legal age and resident of the abovementioned place were also totally
razed by fire which were made of light materials. Based on the investigation
conducted by the bureau of fire in close coordination with Midsalip Police station
disclosed that the fire started at the commercial establishment owned by
certain Mario Adiong due to short circuit and faulty electrical wiring using sub-standard electrical materials of
said establishment which then escalated into eight nearby commercial
establishments and three (3) residential houses. the bureau of fire declared
fire-out at around 7:00 in the morning of same date with no persons injured/hurt
during the accident. estimate cause of damaged to include the three (3)
residential houses and eight commercial establishments more or less amounted to Four Million And Nine Hundred Ten
Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 910, 000.00). Investigator on case is PO3 Julie Raagas

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
Dumalinao
On or about 12:00 in the afternoon of December 13, 2014, PNP elements
of Dumalinao Police Station led by PO3 Dennis Jabagat Humpa, Team Leader, upon
the direction of PSInsp Lee Eric Sale Humpa, COP proceeded to Barangay Bibilik, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur
and arrested one (1) Roberto Godenez Y Arsenal, 41 years old, married,
fisherman by occupation and a resident
of Purok Pag-Asa, Barangay Bibilik, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur. subject
person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for other mischief with cc nr 3317-D, issued by Hon Pacifico T.
Cimafranca Jr, Presiding Judge of 8th MCTC-Dumalinao-San Pablo-Tigbao and Guipos,
9th Judicial Region. Bail recommended amounted to (Php 6,000.00). Accused is
now temporarily detained at Dumalinao Police Station locked-up cell awaiting
court disposition.

PERSON MAHAYAG
On or about 5:00 in the afternoon of December 13, 2014 PNP elements of
Mahayag Police Station led by PInsp
Melvin Ng Maglangit, DCOP under the direct supervision of PCInsp Homer Tragico
Dumalag, COP proceeded to Purok 1, Barangay Upper Landing, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del
Sur to effect the warrant of arrest which resulted to the successful arrest of
one(1) Arsenio Tero, 47 years old, married, farmer a resident of the above
mentioned place by virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Executive
Judge Sylvia A. Singidas-Machacon, RTC, Branch 16, 10th Judicial Region, Tangub
City, Misamis Occidental docketed under cc# tc-2008-007 dated September 8, 2008
for the crime of Robbery with a bail bond of Php 24,000.00 for his temporary
liberty. Suspect is now temporary detained at Mahayag Police Station lock-up
cell while awaiting for court disposition.
ARRESTED WANTED
PERSON DUMALINAO
On or about 3:00 in the afternoon of December 13, 2014, PNP elements
of Dumalinao Police Station led by PO3 Dennis Jabagat Humpa, team leader, upon
the direction of PSInsp Lee Eric Sale Humpa, COP proceeded to Barangay Pantad,
Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur and arrested one (1) Maricel Sausa Y Cañete, 32 years
old, married, resident of Purok Patag, Barangay Pantad of said municipality. Subject
person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of R.A. 7610
(par. b, sec. 3, in rel. to sec. 10, par. a) docketed under cc nr 10958-2K12,
issued by Hon Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 22,
Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur. accused is now temporarily detained at
Dumalinao Police Station locked-up cell awaiting court disposition.
CAMPAIGN
AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS IN MOLAVE
On or about 2:15 in the morning of December 13, 2014
at Purok Bulahan, Barangay Dalaon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of
Molave Police Station led by PCInsp Restituto A Pangusban, COP conducted
illegal drugs buy-bust operation of the above mention place which resulted to
the successful arrest of one (1) Gregorio Regis Y Isola, 53 years old, married,
farmer a resident of Purok Bulahan, Barangay Dalaon, Molave Zamboanga Del Sur.
confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect are follows: one (1) sachet with white crystalline
substance believed to be shabu; cash money in different denominations amounted
to Seven Hundred (Php 700.00) pesos; marked money and CCK brand cellular phone.
Suspect is now temporary detained at Molave Police Station lock-up cell while
preparing a case for violation of R.A. 9165 against suspect for filling before
the provincial prosecutor.
