CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS IN PAGADIAN
On or about 4:20 in the afternoon of December 14, 2014,
Intelligence Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station led PSInsp Rommel
Gabriel Etbew, Intelligence Officer conducted a buy-bust/entrapment operation at Pulmones Lodging House, FS
Pajares St., Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City which resulted to the
apprehension of Asmalen Samsoden Y
Macabato, 34 years old, male, married and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay
Calibao, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte and Malik Boali Y Molein, 34
years old, male, married and a resident of Barangay Calibo, Sultan Naga
Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte. confiscated from the possession and control of the
suspects two (2) medium size and one(1) small size heated sealed sachet
containing white crystalline substance believe to be “shabu” weighing .78 grams and three (3) aluminum
foils. Also recovered from the possession of Malik Boali were two (2) pcs One
Hundred Peso (php100.00) as marked money with serial numbers M935497 and
ZZ272979. confiscated items will be submitted to Provincial Crime Laboratory
for laboratory test pd arrested suspects were temp detained at Pagadian City
Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition while a case for violation
of sec 5 and sec 11 of R.A. 9165 was being prepared for immediate filing in court
against the suspect. Investigator on case is PO2 Erwin Balbuena Andale with
