REPORTED INCIDENTS –Dec. 6, 2014

PRESS RELEASE
DEAD MALE BODY FOUND IN V. SAGUN

On or about 9:00 in the morning December 06, 2014, one (1) Ruben Nobleza reported to Sagun Police Station informing that a cadaver of one (1) Florencio Medilio Y Goblin, 56 years old, male, widow, fisherman and a resident of the aforesaid place was found at Purok Apali, Barangay Maraya, V Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur, Two Hundred Meters more or less away from his residential house. PNP elements of Sagun Police Station proceeded to the area to conduct investigation pd initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident at about 8:00 in the evening of December 05, 2014, victim together with his son-in-law identified as Jayjay Nacion had a heated argument which later turned into a fight and both parted ways after the incident. Post mortem investigation conducted by Dr. Grace Florendo Sabellano, medico legal officer of V Sagun Rural Health Unit revealed that there was no signs/mark on the corpse to believe that there was foul play concerning his death pd further investigation revealed that the victim had a blood hypertension history. DEAD FEMALE BODY FOUND

On or about 6:00 in the morning of December 06, 2014, Aurora Police Station received  text message informing that a dead body of female person was found at the coco land of Barangay Balintawak, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP team of Aurora Police Station led by PSInsp Heidel B Te-Elan proceeded to the said barangay to conduct investigation pd investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was identified as one (1) Danilyn Pepito Y Cayaw, 15 years old, single and a resident of the aforesaid place who sustained injuries on her head and neck believed to be struck with the used of hard object causing her death. further investigation revealed that the victim usually leave their house in the evening and returned home for several days and information gathered from some residents revealed that the victim involves in some thieveries in the place and adjacent barangay. Thorough investigation is now being conducted by Aurora Police Station elements for possible identification of the suspects.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS

On or about 7:30 in the morning of December 06, 2014, Dinas Police Station received a text message from a confidential informant informing that a certain alyas “Isong “ a resident of San Miguel, Zamboanga Sur frequently transporting illegal drugs/shabu  from Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur to San Miguel of same province. PNP elements of same police station led by PInsp Manuel Elumbaring Acabal DCOP and conducted check point at COMPAC located at Purok Talisay, Barangay Lower Dimaya, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur resulting to the successful arrest of one (1) Tirso Aguilar Perez, 41 years old, married, Zamsureco Employee and a resident of Purok Bonifacio, Barangay Poblacion, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur boarded with his driven motorcycle Honda XRM 125 without plate nr colored black with red combination. confiscated from his possession and control were two (2) pcs transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, eight pcs rolled aluminum foils, one (1) pc disposable lighter color green, one (1) unit cellular phone samsung brand and  One Thousand Two Hundred  (Php 1,200.00) pesos  cash in different denomination. Suspect was brought and temporarily detained at Dinas Police Station locked-up cell while case for violation of R.A. 9165 is being prepared for filing in court. ARRESTED WANTED PERSON

On or about 11:30 in the morning of December 06 2014, joint PNP elements of Kabasalan Police Station led by PO3 Roberto Ballon Villasis under the supervision of  PSInsp Jerwin San Diego, Cagurin, COP together with Margosatubig Police Station personnel led by PO3 Nelson P. Deleonio Jr. under the supervision of PSInsp Jonathan Presto Lladoc and Siay Police Station led by PO2 Cesar Wate Luspo under the supervision of PSInsp Rustom Borres Romina all under the direction PSSupt Robert Roy V Bahian, Provincial Director ZSBPPO conducted  operation against wanted person at Purok-C  Barangay Lumbayao, Kabasalan Zamboanga Sibugay Province  that resulted to the arrest of one Felipe Arnais Barenio,40 years old ,married and a temporary residing at the abovementioned place by virtue of warrant of  arrest  issued by Hon Judge Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge Of RTC Branch 29, San Miguel Zamboanga Del Sur docketed under criminal case no.12-030 for the crime of multiple rape. Arrested person was brought to Kabasalan Police Station for proper disposition pending his commitment order from issuing court.
