Fire Incident in Mahayag
Fire
incident occurred at about 4:20 AM December 16, 2014 in Barangay Kaangayan,
Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur. The house owned by a certain Jenny Libot-Libot of
legal age, married and resident of the aforesaid place was totally razed by
fire, while another house owned by Montana Florencondia Y Giangan, 51, married,
was partially burned by fire. Joint
investigation conducted by Bureau Of Fire Protection of Molave Central Office
and Mahayag MPS disclosed that the fire was started at the house of Jenny
Libot-Libot who leave their dirty kitchen after cooking while they attended
early Misa De Gallo. Both houses were made of light materials causing the fire
to spread quickly. The estimated cost of damage is more or less one hundred
thousand pesos with no reported casualties/injuries during the incident.
CAMPAIGN
AGAINST LOOSE FIREARMS IN RELATION TO RA 10591 AND ILLEGAL DRUGS IN RELATION TO
RA 9165
On or about 10:20 in the evening of December 16, 2014, a joint PNP
elements of PNP-CIDG, CIDT- ZDS, PPSC ZSPPO, PIDMB ZSPPO and Pagadian City Police
Station, all under the direction of PSSupt Sofronio Palaña Ecaldre, APD
conducted joint operation on Oplan Bakal/Oplan Paglalansag Omega (Campaign
Against Loose Firearms And Ammunitions) and Oplan Big Bertha (Campaign Against
Illegal Drugs) at Yellow Hot Pizza, F.S. Pajares Avenue, Gatas District,
Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of suspects
identified as Ramil Bulat-Ag Martinito @ Budoy and Jiolgin Rose Mary Torres
Tintin. confiscated and seized from their possession and control are the
following: one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet believed to be
shabu; one (1) unit caliber 45
pistol Caspians Arms Ltd, with serial
number 574821 color white; one (1) unit caliber 45 pistol 1911 a1 45 Norinco,
bearing serial number 749315 color black; four (4) magazines; Fifty Five (55)
pieces ammunitions of caliber 45 pistol; one (1) unit cherry mobile phone 8.0
mp color white; and one (1) unit Samsung
color white. based on verification, Ramil
Bulat-Ag Martinito @ Budoy was a subject
of search warrant jointly conducted by CIDT-ZDS WMCIDU and personnel from ZDSPPO
last March 04, 2014 at Purok Quarry, Barangay Kagawasan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del
Sur and has a pending case filed by the
office of CIDT-ZDS for violation of R.A. 10591, R.A. 9516 and R.A. 9165. Subject
Ramil Bulat-Ag Martinito @ Budoy was engaged in gun for hire activities and
responsible in the series of killing incidents in Zamboanga Del Sur. a case for
violation of R.A. 10591 and R.A. 9165 is being prepared by the office of
CIDT-ZDS for filing at the City Prosecutor’s Office, Pagadian City, Zamboanga
Del Sur.
SHOOTING
INCIDENT IN MOLAVE
On or about 3:00 in the morning of December 17,
2014, Molave Police Station received a radio call from PO3 Julieto Imfel
Lumingo, PNP member assigned at PNP/CVO outpost based at Barangay Dipole,
Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur informing that a shooting incident transpired at
national highway of Purok Maharlika, Barangay Dipole, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur
wherein victim identified as Angelu Ponce
Bucag, legal age, married, resident of Barangay Lower Usogan, Tambulig,
Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death by an unidentified suspect using caliber 45
pistol based on the recovered one (1) fired cartridge case of said firearm at
the crime scene. PNP elements of Molave
Police Station led by SPO4 Simeon Ramillano, MESPO upon the direction of PCInsp
Restituto Alsiyao Pangusban, COP proceeded to the reported place of incident to
verify and conduct investigation, based on the investigation conducted by
Molave Police Station disclosed that on or about 2:45 in the morning of
December 17, 2014, said victim was riding his single motorcycle Honda XRM at
the abovementioned place going to Pagadian City and upon reaching at the
national highway of Purok Maharlika, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur was suddenly
shot several times by a unidentified suspect. As a result, victim sustained
several gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body that resulted to his
instantaneous death. Suspect immediately fled to unknown direction after the
incident while PNP elements of Molave Police Station conducted a follow-up
operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect. Further investigation
also disclosed that said victim has a pending warrant of arrest in RTC, 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of murder
docketed in criminal case nr 2013-10-2676.
SHOOTING INCIDENT IN LABANGAN
On or about 5:00 in the afternoon of December 17,
2014 at Taculing Street, Barangay Dalapang, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein
victim identified as Allan Feraren Y Solon, 40 years old, separated, residence
of Purok Malipayon, Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur and
temporarily working as foreman of Alhadetta College, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur
was shot to death by an unidentified suspect using undetermined caliber of
short firearm. Victim sustained lone gunshot wound on his head that resulted to
his instantaneous death and suspect fled towards unknown direction after the
incident. based on the initial investigation conducted by Labangan Police Station
disclosed that suspect was wearing black jacket with cup, short pants, with an
estimated 5’3” in height. PNP elements of Labangan Police Station conducted a
manhunt operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect as well as to
determine the motive of the incident. Investigator on case is PO3 Christopher

SHOOTING INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN
CITY
On or about 6:35 in the evening of December 17, 2014,
Pagadian City Police Station received a cellular phone call from a concerned
citizen informing that a shooting incident transpired at Barangay Lenienza of Pagadian
city. immediately, PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp
Julieto Dela Cruz Aseniero, officer of the day,
under the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, OIC together with
react team 2 and the duty investigator proceeded to the above-mentioned place
to conduct inspection/investigation. initial investigation conducted by Pagadian
City Police Station disclosed that on or about 6:30 in the morning of same date,
the victim identified as Nerio Dalogdog Pasco, 54 years old, male married, barangay
tanod and a resident of Purok Banaba, Barangay Lenienza, Pagadian City was shot
by suspect later identified as vicente
del Guerra, legal age, male, married, barangay
tanod and a resident of Purok Nangka, Barangay Lenienza, Pagadian city. Further
investigation revealed that the said suspect was under the influence of liquor
and shot the victim twice without any valid reason. Subsequently, other tanod
who was present during the incident immediately responded/ rushed up to the
position of the suspect and able to grabbed the firearm used and successfully
took it from the suspect possession one (1) .357 home made revolver but same
eluded arrest and fled towards unknown direction. Victim sustained gunshot
wounds on his right arm through and through and minor wounds on the right
portion of his chest and left wrist and was rushed to Cabahug Hospital located
at Barangay San Pedro of Pagadian City for immediate medical treatment.

cylinders four (4) live ammos and two (2) empty shells of same caliber was then
turn-over to the responding PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station for
proper disposition. PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station conducted
manhunt operation for possible arrest of the suspect and to determine the real

ROBBERY HOLD-UP INCIDENT IN
PAGADIAN CITY
On or about 12:33 in the afternoon of December 17,
2014, a cellphone call received by PInsp Harry Ratunil Velez from one of the
pharmacy assistant of Generika Drug Store owned and managed by one Liza Orig
Ochia of Starra Ventures located at Acla Building, Benigno Aquino St., Corner
J.P Rizal Ave. Barangay Gatas Pagadian City informing that their business
establishment was robbed by unidentified male suspect PNP personnel of Pagadian
City Police Station led by PInsp Harry Ratunil Velez, traffic and patrol
officer and PInsp Julieto Dela Cruz Aseniero, OD together with react team 2,
duty investigator and PO2 Christopher I Agot, assigned at Barangay Gatas under the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario
Dulawan, OIC immediately responded to the said place to conduct initial/ocular
investigation. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 12:30
in the afternoon of same date, the unidentified male suspect pretended to be a
customer wearing black jacket with inner red t-shirt, blue pants and black bull
cup entered the above-mentioned drug store and asked for enervon-c. at the moment in time, the unidentified
suspect drew his caliber .45 pistol and gun pointed to the duty pharmacy
assistants identified as one Jenjie Saagundo Y Martino, 23 years old, female,
single and a resident presently residing at Tansiang, Barangay Sto Ñino Pagadian
City with home address at Barangay Kagawasan, Dimataling Zamboanga Del Sur and
one Mary Jane Oclarit Y Cabanes, 29 years old, single, female and a resident Purok
Spring, Barangay Sta. Lucia Pagadian City. further investigation conducted that
the suspect immediately jumped over the costumer’s counter and proceeded to the
cash registrar and declared hold-up and then carted the sales income of the
said establishment and one (1) unit cp of Mary Jane C Oclarit. Subsequently, after the commission of the
said crime, the unidentified suspect immediately left the said place on foot
patrol towards unknown direction. Based on the inventory conducted, the unidentified
suspect carted away the amount of Twenty Six Thousand Pesos (Php 26,000) more
or less. PNP operatives of Pagadian City Police Station conducted hot pursuit
operation against the fleeing suspect while investigator of Pagadian City Police
Station conducted thorough investigation regarding the incident. Investigator

On or about 11:52 in the evening of December
17, 2014, at Purok Sampalok-A, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City wherein victim
identified as one James Russel Navalona Mendez, 25 years old, male, single,
student and a resident of the aforesaid place was shot by his father identified
as Guillermo Alvares Mendez, 51 years old, male, married, foreman and also resident
of same place. Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect was under the
influence of liquor when it shot the victim hitting the right portion of his
chest and exited on his ribs. Victim was immediately brought to Borbon Hospital
for medical treatment and now on stable condition while suspect fled towards
unknown direction after the incident. Recovered from the crime scene was one
(1) fired cartridge shell of cal. 45 pistol and now properly turned-over to the
crime laboratory, Camp Abelon, Pagadian City for ballistic exam. Initial motive
of the incident is due to family problem. PNP operatives of this station are
now conducting manhunt operation for possible arrest of the suspect while the
case now being prepared for immediate filing in court against him. Investigator

CAMPAIGN AGAINST
ILLEGAL DRUGS IN PAGADIAN CITY
On or
about 2:00 in the afternoon of December 17, 2014, PNP elements of Provincial
Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOTF), Zamboanga Del Sur led
by PSInsp Rommel Gabriel Etbew, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Provincial
Intelligence Branch (PIB), Zamboanga Del Sur conducted a buy-bust operation at Barangay
Balangasan, Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Allan Igbos
Resada, 29 years old, married, barangay tanod, and a resident of Barangay
Tuburan, Pagadian City and a certain Ryan Canoy Ybanez, 27 years old, male,
married and a resident of Purok Kawayan, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City when
suspects agreed to sell to a police officer who act as poseur buyer of one heat
sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance in exchange to
Two Hundred Pesos (Php 200.00). Confiscated items were nine (9) heat sealed
sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing
0.11 grams. An inquest case for violation of R.A. 9165 was filed against the
suspect under is nr xi-05-inq-14l-00259.
