REPORTED INCIDENTS AUGUST 7-8, 2014

PRESS RELEASE
ROBBERY INCIDENT

On or about 11:25 on the morning of August 07, 2014, one (1) Patrick Joven Cabahug Y Sabadas, 46 years old, married, resident of Vista Del Ceilo Subdivision, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City personally reported to Pagadian City Police Station informing that at about 8:00 in the morning of same date, his residential house located at the abovementioned place was robbed/ransacked by unidentified suspects. investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that suspects gain entrance by forcibly destroying the window slide of said house and upon getting the chance carted away the following: one (1) unit Tag Heuer Watch Silver Face; three (3) pairs of gold earings; one (1) cartier bracelet; one (1) unit remote control helicopter; five (5) pieces levis pants; and assorted jackets. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation for the possible identified and arrest of suspects. OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

CAMPAIGN ON ILLEGAL DRUGS

On or about 12:00 in the afternoon of august 07, 2014  at National Highway, Barangay Romarate, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein PNP elements of Aurora Police Station led by PInsp Kenneth Soon, DCOP conducted checkpoint operation at the above-mentioned place that resulted to the arrest of two (2) suspects identified as Aldie Rosiana Y Archival  and  Rey Suco Y Limpag, all residents of Purok 5, Barangay Bobongan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur for violation or R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act Of 2002). investigation conducted by aurora police station disclosed that both suspects were onboard on a single motorcycle Racal with no plate number traversing from Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte bound to Poblacion Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur and upon reaching at said place was flagged down by the PNP elements of aurora police station for violation of R.A, 4136 (Land Transportation And Traffic Code). when accosted subject person (back rider) suddenly dropped a piece of transparent cellophane cigarette pack into the road pavement and when verified it turns out to be a two (2) heat-sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and three (3) rolled aluminum foils. Subject persons were temporarily detained at Ramon Magsaysay Police Station locked-up cell while an appropriate case for violation of R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 5:30 in the afternoon of August 08, 2014 at Morgan St, Barangay Maloloy-On, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) Jimmy Bondaug Dag-Uman, 47 years old, married and a resident of Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death by unidentified suspects with the used of caliber .45 pistol based on the recovered fired cartridge case of same caliber found at the crime scene. initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP elements of Molave Police Station led by PInsp Edwin Impil Lumingo disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim was seating on his Honda XRM single motorcycle parked beside the road of the abovementioned place when four (4) suspects approached him on board two (2) units unknown type of single motorcycle with no plate attached and one (1) of the suspects fired several shots hitting the victims head and on the different parts of his body that resulted to his untimely death. Afterwards, one of the suspects took the service firearm of the victim. Suspects fled to unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of Molave Police Station are now conducting follow-up investigation and hot pursuit operation to possibly identify and arrest the fleeing suspects. SERVING OF SEARCH WARRANT

On or about 7:00 in the morning of August 08, 2014, joint PNP elements of PIDMB personnel led by PInsp Herminigildo Bajao, PIB personnel led by PCInsp Restituto Alsiyao Pangusban, PPSC led by PCInsp Philmore Dagpin Dumagat and Bayog Police Station led by PSInsp Van Froilan Tompong conducted search at the residential house of One Romualdo Goldin Y Sta Ana at Purok 4, Barangay Kahayagan, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of search warrant nr 2014-00-m, issued by Hon Arnold M Diablo, Presideng Judge of Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) Margosatubig- Vincenzo Sagun, 9th Judicial Region Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur, dated  august 07, 2014. The search was made in the presence of the barangay captain of said place together with his barangay councilor and with consent of the owner’s wife and his parents. the team  successfully seized the following items: one (1) unit twelve (12) gauge shotgun, Shooters, with serial nr SS10060648; one (1) unit twelve gauge shotgun, Akkar, with serial nr TS 870 BD-N-12/76; seventeen pcs of Carbine live ammunitions; twenty (20) pcs of m14 live ammunitions; twenty pcs live ammunition of caliber .38 revolver; seven pcs ammunitions of magnum .22; one (1) pc ammunition of .22; eighteen (18) pcs ammunition of 12 guage shotgun; two hundred thirty one (231) ammunition of 5.56 m16 rifle; four (4) pcs long magazine and three (3) pcs short magazine of m16 rifle; one (1) pc m14 magazine; one (1) pc magazine of carbine rifle; and two (2) pcs  magazine of caliber 9mm pistol. Recovered items are now under the custody of bayog police station for proper disposition and for subsequent submission to PCLO for ballistic examination
