Lambat-Sibat (Implementation Of Search Warrant)
The PNP elements of Bayog Municipal Police Station led by
PI GLENN C POLESCAS, Officer-In-Charge, implemented search warrant at about
3:30 pm of July 2, 2016, number 68-2k16
for violation of RA 9165 (cultivation of cannabis sativa) issued by Honorable
Romeo T. Descallar, Presiding Judge of branch 19, RTC 9, Pagadian City at the
residence of Wilfredo Cabantoc Calduza aka “Boy Tisoy”, in Purok 3, Barangay
Bobuan, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur. Suspect was listed as top 8 sibat target drug
personalities of Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur. The operation resulted in the confiscation
of twenty (20) stems of cultivated canabis sativa (marijuana) plants at the
terrace of said house planted in a poly bag. During the implementation of
search warrant, the suspect was not around and it was witnessed by Barangay
Chairman Marciano L Duran and Barangay Kagawad Romer M Lianza of said barangay.
The case is under follow- up investigation of Bayog Municipal Police Station for
the possible arrest of the suspect while the confiscated items were brought to
said police station for proper disposition.
