personnel, nisg personnel, d2 3ad personnel, zsdppo pib personnel, mig10
personnel, lakewood mps 2nd mc rpsb9 personnel jointly conducted manhunt
operation at purok 1, barangay tubod,
lakewood, zamboanga del sur that resulted to the arrest of of top 1 mwp lambat-sibat target (municipal
level) of one alexander duong morcilla aka “tata morcilla” with standing
warrant of arrest docketed under criminal case number im-15-1055 for the crime
of murder with the use of loose firearms issued by hon. josefino p. bael,
presiding judge, rtc, 9th judicial region, branch 31, imelda, zamboanga sibugay
dated 14 december 2015 with no bail recommended. during the service of warrant
of arrest a protected search was initiated as standard operating procedure
(sop) wherein recovered from the possession and control of wanted person four
were (4) small heat sealed sachet of white crystalline granules believed to be
shabu. subject wanted person was now under custody of lakewood mps for proper
disposition and filing of appropriate charges in court. investigator on case
