Arrest of Wanted Person
SAN MIGUEL - Operatives
of San Miguel MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok 5, Barangay Limonan, San
Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur on August 2, 2017 at about 12:10 PM that resulted in the arrest of Lumer Manigo
Calunod, aka Romeo M Calunod, 41 years old, married, farmer a resident of Purok
7, Sitio Bagakian, Barangay Betinan, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur. Subject
person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA 10591, docketed under
criminal case number 16-094 issued By Hon. Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge Of
RTC 9, Branch 29, Pagadian City Dated June 20, 2017 with recommended bail-bond
of one hundred (₱120,000. 00) pesos for his temporary liberty. The accused is
temporarily detained at San Miguel MPS awaiting court disposition.

DINAS - Operatives of
Dinas MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok Gemilina, Barangay Lower Dimaya,
Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur on August 2, 2017 at about 11:20 AM that resulted in
the arrest of Lito Albios Neris, 49 years old, a welder and a resident of the
above-mentioned place. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of murder, docketed under criminal case number 97-031,
issued by Hon. Franklyn A. Villegas, Presiding Judge Of 9th Judicial Region,
Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur Dated May 06, 1998 with no bail-bond
recommended. The accused was brought to Dinas MPS for profiling and booking
purposes and subsequently brought to Pagadian City Provincial Jail for proper
disposition.

PAGADIAN CITY - Elements
of Pagadian City Police conducted manhunt operation at Purok 1 Nazareth, Barangay Buenavista,
Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur on August 2, 2017 at about 4:00 PM that
resulted in the arrest of Dynie Daipal Negrite, 30 years old, single, a
resident of the above-mentioned place. subject person was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified theft, docketed under criminal
case number 13575-2k17, dated July 28, 2017, issued by Hon. Benjamin R
Lanzaderas, Acting Presiding Judge Of RTC, Branch 21, 9th Judicial Region,
Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur with no recommended bail-bond. The accused is
temporarily detained at said police station awaiting court disposition.
