Shooting Incident
PAGADIAN CITY - Shooting
incident transpired at Barangay Datagan, Pagadian City at about 12:00 PM of December 16, 2017 wherein the victim was
immediately brought at Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Barangay Dao, Pagadian
City for medical treatment. The victim was identified as Ronnie Ongos Idiang (wounded),
45 years old, male, married and resident of Purok Saging 1, Barangay Datagan,
Pagadian City. He sustained one (1) gunshot wound in his abdomen. further
investigation disclosed that on or about 12:00 PM of the same date, the victim
on board a single motorcycle and reach at the wall of the Datagan Elementary
School and noticed one (1) unidentified male person urinating at the wall. When
the victim was near, the said male person turned back and suddenly drew
firearms from his waist and shot the victim. The victim was able to drive his
single motorcycle and drive away and seek for help while the suspect walked
away going to the grassland of the aforementioned place. at the crime scene,
the bystanders turned over one (1) piece empty shell of caliber 45 pistol and
one (1) piece deformed case to be turned over to pnp crime laboratory for
ballistic comparison.
