Service of Warrant of Arrest

PABLO - On March 4, 2018 at about 05:00 PM, operatives of San Pablo MPS
conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok 2, Barangay Kalilangan, San Pablo,
Zamboanga del Sur that resulted to the arrest of Kin Lumpayao Petiluna, 18
years old, married, student and a resident
of Purok 2, Barangay Kalilangan, San Pablo, Zamboanga del Sur by virtue
of Warrant of Arrest docketed under cc # 13746-2K18 for violation of Act of
Lasciviousness in Relation to R.A. 7610 issued by Honorable Dennis P. Vicoy,
Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court 9th Judicial Region Branch 22, Pagadian
City with bail bond recommended fixed amount of P36,000.00. Arrested person was
brought to San Palo MPS for proper disposition.
