Arrest of
Wanted Person in Tambulig
On or about 5:00 PM, May 6, 2018, Elements of
Tambulig MPS and Phil. Army conducted joint manhunt operation at Purok 5,
Barangay Sumalig, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operating troops arrested the suspect
identified as Vienvenido Saramosing Tahoy, 42 years old, married, Chainsaw
operator and a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Sumalig, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del
Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued
by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region,
Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur with criminal case number 2018-10-3493
for Violation Of Section 77 of PD 705 dated
April 27, 2018 with Bail Bond recommended amounting to forty thousand pesos
(Php 40, 000.00) for his temporary liberty.
The arrested accused is now under the temporary
custody of Tambulig MPS for proper disposition.
