Nabbed in Pagadian for Perjury
On May 29, 2018 at about 9:20 AM, Joint
operation of Pagadian CPS and Dumalinao MPS conducted service of warrant of
arrest at Justice Hall, Gatas District, Pagadian City.
The operation resulted in the arrest of
Marcelina Sipsip Bacorro, 58 years old, female, married, and a resident of
Purok Asusinas, Barangay Lucuban, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur.
Said wanted person was arrested by the
virtue of the warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Joel G Vercide, Presiding
Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 01, Pagadian City for the crime of Perjury
under Article 183 of the Revised Penal Code issued on April 24, 2018 with
criminal case number 17782 with bail bond recommended amounted to (Php
4,000.00).
The accused is now temporary detained
at Pagadian CPS while waiting for final adjudication from court.
