RA 7610
Violator Arrested by San Pablo Police
On May 5, 2018 of 4:30 PM, PNP elements of San
Pablo MPS conducted police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Barangay
Poblacion, Sapad, Lanao del Norte.
The operation resulted to the arrest of one (1)
Clint Justine Malaubang y Tagahanan, 22 years old, single, jobless and a
resident of Purok Orosco, Barangay Kapamanok, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del
Sur.
The accused has a pending warrant of arrest for
violation of RA 7610 docketed under criminal case number 13662-2k17 issued by
Honorable Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 22, Pagadian
City with bail bond of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) for his
temporary liberty.
Arrested person is now temporary detained at San
Pablo MPS detention cell waiting for commitment order from the court.
