Dinas Top Most
Wanted Arrested
On May 19, 2018 at about 9:30 AM, PNP personnel
of Dinas MPS and Regional Special Operation Group of Police Regional Office 9 conducted
police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok Gana-gana, Barangay
Ludiong, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Eddie
Embodo Guerra (Top Most Wanted Person – Municipal Level), 49 years old,
married, farmer, and resident of Purok Gana-gana, Ludiong, Dinas, Zamboanga del
Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of two (2)
Warrant of Arrest, to wit: Frustrated
Murder issued by Hon. Felix B. Rodriguez, Presiding Judge, Branch 29, San
Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur docketed under Criminal Case No. 15-004, dated 12
February 2015 with bail bond recommended of two hundred thousand pesos (Php 200,000.00).
The second warrant of arrest is Murder issued by
Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, Presiding Judge, Branch 19, 9th Judicial Region,
Pagadian City docketed under Criminal Case No. 14-030, dated 26 March 2018, with
no bail bond recommended.
Subject person is now temporary detained at
Dinas Municipal Detention Center awaiting court disposition.
Shooting and
Hacking Incident in San Miguel
On May 20, 2018 at about 7:00 AM, a dead body
was found along the barangay road of Purok 1, Barangay Langilan, San Miguel,
Zamboanga del Sur.
Upon receipt of said report, PNP elements of San
Miguel MPS responded to the place on incident.
Upon arrival thereat, responding team saw that
several residents of said place were already at the crime scene. The team found
a dead body lying along of the abovementioned place.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that,
victim was identified as Warren Deringan Y Sumadia, 26 years old, single,
jobless and a resident of Purok Quirino, Barangay Balongating, Guipos,
Zamboanga del Sur.
Further investigation revealed that, at around
1:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, while said victim armed with a bolo
was on his way walking going to the house of certain Rosendo Suela located at
same barangay.
Upon reaching at the place of incident,
unidentified suspects waylaid him at the side of the road and shot him many
times using a caliber .45, Cal .30 carbine and a shotgun based on the fired
cartridge cases recovered at the crime scene.
One of the suspects was not yet contented
instead he stabbed and hacked the victim using his own bolo which resulted to
his untimely death.
Motive of the incident is still to be
determined.
Evidences recovered at the crime scene were the
following:
Two (2) fired cartridge cases of caliber .45,
Four (4) fired cartridge cases of caliber .30
carbine,
one (1) slug of caliber .45,
one (1) fired cartridge case of 12 gauge shotgun
and
one (1) sharp bolo measuring 62 cm with wooden
handle and scabbard.
San Miguel MPS investigator is PO3 Rammel M
Gansad with contact no. 09101651735 is now conducting thorough investigation
for the possible identification and apprehension of the suspects.
Murder Suspect
Arrested in Midsalip
On May 20, 2018 at about 6:00 PM, Combined elements
of Police Regional Office 9 Special Operation Group-Regional Intelligence
Division 9, 902nd Mobile Company of Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9, Midsalip
MPS and Bayog MPS executed the service of Arrest Warrant.
The operation against the suspect of Frustrated
Murder docketed under cc#13346-2K17 dated February20, 2017, issued by Hon. Romeo
T. Descallar, Presiding Judge, 9th RTC, Br 19, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del
Sur.
The suspect identified as David Alagon @
"Kepig" at Purok 3, Brgy. Pisompongan, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The subject has reportedly transferred residence
from Bayog Municipality to Midsalip Muncipality after having committed crime in
Bayog some few years back.
He is presently detained at Midsalip MPS .
