Service of
Arrest Warrant in Mahayag
On May 7, 2018 at about 5:00 PM, Joint PNP
personnel of Mahayag MPS conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant)
at Purok 5, Barangay Kabuhi, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Sunny
Boy Olisaman Cleopas, 48 years old, married, farmer, and resident of Purok 5,
Barangay Kabuhi, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest for violation of RA 7610, docketed under criminal case number
2018-10-3531, dated April 26, 2018 issued by Hon. Jaime C Caberte, Presiding
Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del
Sur with bail bond recommended of thirty thousand pesos (PHP 30,000.00).
Subject person is now temporarily detained at
Mahayag MPS awaiting court disposition.
