SHOOTING INCIDENT
On or about 11:25 in the evening of September 19, 2014 At Upper Panaga, Barangay Sugbay Dos, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Johnrey Nuevo Y Gumintad, 22 years old, single, farmer, resident of aforesaid place was shot by an unidentified suspect using undetermined caliber of firearm. Investigation conducted by pitogo police station disclosed that said victim was on the waiting shed of the abovementioned place together with his cousin when suddenly shot by unidentified suspect who was hiding at the dark portion of said place. As a result, victim sustained gunshot wound on his body and was rushed to Pitogo Rural Health Center for immediate medical treatment while suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of Pitogo Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation for the possible identified and arrest of suspect.

ILLEGAL DISCHARGE OF FIREARM
On or about 9:50 in the
morning of September 19, 2014, one (1) Junifer Lerazan Y Quirante, 29 years
old, male, single, resident of Purok 4, Barangay Danlugan, Pagadian City and
Marlon Barbadillo Y Manalag, 24 years old, single, resident Of Purok Nangka, Barangay La Suerte Of Pagadians
City and both were traffic enforcer of Pagadian City personally appeared
and reported to Pagadian City Police Station informing that around 7:06 in the
morning of same date, while they were onboard on a single motorcycle traversing
from Cabrera Street, Barangay Gatas District Of Pagadian City going to their
office located at city hall complex of
same city and upon reaching in front of Kizmet Cable Tv of same barangay, a two
(2) unidentified riding criminals onboard on a single motorcycle Honda Xrm
125 with no plate number and running in opposite direction suddenly
the back rider of same pulled dash out undetermined type of handgun and fired towards the air instead of firing
the aforesaid victims. Suspects fled to unknown direction after the incident
while PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a follow-up
investigation for the possible identity and arrest of suspects.
ATTEMPTED RAPE INCIDENT
On or about 8:40 in the
morning of September 20, 2014, one (1) Timoteo Sabate Y Narciso, Barangay
Chairman of Kahayagan, Pagadian City personally appeared and reported to
Pagadian City Police Station informing that a suspect identified as Penante
Buhian Y Magsayo, 18 years old, resident of said place was arrested by the
Barangay Tanod of the aforesaid place for allegedly attempting to rape the victim identified only
as Neneng 15 years old, single, resident of Purok Sili, Barangay Kahayagan,
Pagadian City. Investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station
disclosed that said victim together with her younger brother were sleeping
inside their house of said place when suspect with lewd design suddenly entered
the said house and intentionally touch the private parts of the victim and
tried to rape her. Fortunately, victim was able to defend herself and asked
assistance/help to the Barangay Tanod of said place and thereby successfully
arrested the aforesaid suspect and same was subsequently turned-over to
Pagadian City Police Station for detention and filing of appropriate case.
Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station locked-up
cell while an appropriate case for attempted rape is now being prepared for
filing in court.
