HACKING INCIDENT

On or about 7:00 in the evening of October 19, 2014, Pagadian City Police Station received al cellphone call from PO2 Juanito Clemen, PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station designated as “Pulis In The Barangay” assigned at Barangay Danlugan, Pagadian City informing that a hacking incident transpired on or about 6:30 in the evening of the same date at Purok Gemilina, Barangay Macasing, Pagadian City wherein victim identified as one (1)  Bardio Fernando Y Balili, 64 years old, married, farmer and a resident of the abovementioned place was hacked by a suspect identified as one  (1) Avelino Polenar, farmer and a resident of the same place with the use of a bolo. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim and his friends were having a drinking spree at the house of certain Jerry Baid, they saw and invited the suspect to join with them and while in the middle of their drinking session, hated argument ensued them which resulted the incident. Victim sustained hacked wounds on his body while suspect was arrested by the responding PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell while case pending to be file in court. Investigator on case is PO2 Louie Jay Gabule with contact number 09474680242.

CAMPAIGN ON ILLEGAL DRUGS

On or about 4:40 in the afternoon of October 19, 2014, PNP elements of Tukuran Police Station led by PSInsp Gilzen Niño Regis Manese, COP while conducting random checkpoint along the national highway of Purok 4, Barangay Tagulo, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur successfully intercepted/apprehended a single motorcycle Honda XRM 125cc color black and white combination bearing plate no. XY 4404, driven by a certain Allan Bollozos Y Gorgonian, 48 years old, married and a resident of Sta Maria District, Pagadian City. Suspect spotted approaching the established checkpoint from the direction of Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte and while being confronted by the PNP manning the checkpoint, the said driver tried to evade search and due to his suspicious actions, same PNP member immediately blocked his way and conducted inspection/search. confiscated from his possession and control are the following: twenty three (23) pcs of small packs plastic heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride locally known as shabu placed inside the three (3) plastic packs of ice candy wrapper, thirteen (13) pcs rolled aluminum foils placed inside a big plastic heat sealed sachet and one (1) big plastic pack heat sealed containing marijuana. Suspect together with his driven single motorcycle is now in custody of Tukuran Police Station while appropriate case is being prepared for filing in court. Hacking incident occurred at about 7:00 PM October 19, 2014 in Barangay Danlungan, Pagadian City. Progress Report on the Campaign on Illegal Drugs

Progress report: report on illegal drugs  that transpired at about 9:00 AM October 16, 2014, wherein PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS conducted drug buy - bust operation at Purok Maloloy-On, Poblacion, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of Marvin Pasandalan Y Samal Alias “Toks”, 40, single, of barangay ticala island, San Pablo. request be informed that  a case for violation of section 11 and 5 of article 2 of RA 9165 was filed before the provincial prosecution office, Pagadian City docketed under criminal case number 11785-2k14 and 11786-2k14. The illegal drugs confiscated have a total weight of 0.12 grams based on chemistry report number d-191-2014 and d- 192-2014.

TUKURAN

Progress report: re accomplishment report on illegal drugs that transpired on or about 4:40 PM October 19, 2014 at National Highway of Purok 4, Barangay Tagulo, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein PNP elements of Tukuran MPS successfully arrested one (1) Allan Bollozos Y Gorgonia, 48 years old, married and a resident of sta. Maria District, Pagadian City. Request is informed that an inquest case for violation of RA 9165 was filed before the provincial prosecution office in Pagadian City docketed under inquest case number no ix-09-inq-14j-00184 dated 20 October 2014. Subject person still temporarily detained at Tukuran MPS awaiting court disposition.

Jobless Nabbed In Guipos Drug Bust

A forty-five year old jobless was nabbed after he sold an illegal drugs to a police poseur buyer during drug buy bust operation conducted by the anti-illegal drugs operatives of Zamboanga Del Sur Police Office and Guipos Police Station in Barangay Guling, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:30 PM October 20, 2014. Arrested was danilo ursabia y tapdazan, 45, married, jobless and a resident of said place. Seized from his possession and control are three (3) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or Shabu; two (2) rolled aluminum foils; and three (3) pcs one hundred pesos bill marked money. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Guipos MPS while a case for violation of RA 9165 ins now being prepared for filing in court.

Housewife Arrested in Tambulig for Theft

a housewife was arrested by the operatives of Tambulig Police Station at about 6:00 PM October 20, 2014 in Barangay Tungawan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. Jenelyn Sombilon Abanil, 39, married, was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified theft docketed under criminal case number 7023  dated 03 October  2014 issued by presiding Judge Salome P Dungog, Regional Court, 10th Judicial Region, branch 3, Ozamis City with bail recommended for his temporary liberty is fixed at forty thousand pesos (P40,000). He is still temporary detained at Tambulig MPS awaiting court disposition.

Woman with 2 Counts Estafa Charges Nabbed

A woman who was facing two counts of Estafa Case was arrested during manhunt operation conducted by the elements of Pagadian City Police Station in Barangay Bomba, Pagadian City at about 4:00 PM October 20, 2014. Arrested was Luzviminda Lago Y Anding, 36, married, and a resident of said place. She was arrested by virtue of two (2) warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa docketed under criminal case number 11343-2k14 and criminal case number 11344-2k14 both issued on 28 February 2014 by Honorable Judge Romeo T. Descallar, RTC 9th Judicial Region Branch 19 Pagadian City. The bail bond for criminal case number 11343-2k14 is fixed to sixteen thousand pesos (P 16,000.00) while the other case number 11344-2k14 is fixed to forty thousand pesos (P 40,000.00) for her temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at the Pagadian City Police Station awaiting court disposition.
