ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
On
or about 12:20 in the afternoon of November 03, 2014, PNP elements of San
Miguel Police Station led by PSInsp Rene Hailil Kunnairi, OIC proceeded to
Barangay Dao-An, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur and arrested one (1) Ramil
Mohado, 39 years old, married,
resident of Purok Matinabangon, Barangay Dao-An, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.
subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime
of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide, issued by
Presiding Judge Maria Teresa R Pangilinan, 6th MCTC, 9th Judicial Region,
San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur docketed
under criminal case number 1649-sm with bail recommended amounted to (Php 24,000). Suspect is now
temporarily detained at San Miguel Police Station locked-up cell awaiting court
disposition.
Shooting incident
in Pagadian City
On or about 8:46 in the morning of
November 03, 2014, Pagadian City Police Station received a radio call from PO2
Nilo Miñoza, designated as Police Sa Barangay of Balangasan Pagadian City
informing that a shooting incident transpired at Purok Kawayan, Barangay
Balangasan Pagadian City wherein victim identified as Alfredo Alterado Y
Rillera, 43 years old, unemployed, resident of same place was shot to death by
two (2) unidentified riding criminals using a caliber 45 pistol. PNP elements
of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Orlyn Pardillo Leyte proceeded to
the reported place of incident purposely to verify and conduct investigation if
affirmative. investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed
that prior to the incident, victim had just arrived in his residence of said place onboard on his single
motorcycle rouser coming from city proper when two (2) an unidentified riding
criminals onboard on a single motorcycle
Honda Xrm suddenly arrived and one (1) of the suspects disembarked and
approached/asked the victim about the location of certain pit-pit and when
victim turned around he was suddenly shot several times hitting on the
different parts of his body that resulted to his instantaneous death. Suspect
immediately fled to unknown direction after the incident onboard on a single
motorcycle Honda Xrm, color black with no plate number. evidence recovered from
the crime scene are eight fired cartridge case of caliber 45 pistol and two (2)
deformed slug of same caliber and to be turned-over to provincial crime
laboratory for ballistic exam. Cadaver now lies at Fatima Funeral Homes located
at Barangay Tiguma Pagadian City. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station
conducted a thorough investigation for the possible identity and arrest of
suspects.
ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
On
or about 9:00 in the morning of November 03, 2014, one (1) Michael Algar Y
Torres, 26 years old, married, resident of Purok 3, Barangay Culabay, Tabina,
Zamboanga Del Sur personally appeared and voluntarily surrendered/submitted
himself to tabina police station for detention. subject person has a
pending warrant of arrest for the crime
of light threats, issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Oscar S Cabarron, 7th MCTC,
Tabina, Dimataling And Pitogo Municipality with criminal case number 07-2-40T
and bail recommended amounted to Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000). Accused is now
temporarily detained at Tabina Police Station locked-up cell awaiting court
disposition.
Farmer with Murder Case Arrested
A
farmer who has a standing warrant of arrest for the crime of murder was
arrested by the elements of Guipos Police Station in Barangay Poblacion,
Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 PM November 5, 2014. Arrested was Lando
Dalos Y Dela Cruz, 29, resident of Barangay Balongating, Guipos. Suspect was
arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder issued by Felix
B Rodriguez, Jr., Acting Presiding Judge, Branch 29, RTC, Pagadian City
docketed under criminal case number 14-018. Suspect is now temporarily detained
at Guipos MPS awaiting court disposition.
