Vehicular Traffic Accident
DUMALINAO - Vehicular
accident transpired at about 6:00 PM of February 15, 2017 at Purok Upper Donggoan,
Barangay Rebokon Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur. Wherein one Jeoff Nemenzo
Salundro, 4 years old, was accidentally bumped by a single motorcycle. initial
investigation conducted disclosed that one single motorcycle sky go, color
blue, with plate no. 090108, and driven by Warlito Ramirez Soñega, 33 years
old, married, resident of Barangay Songgoy, San Pablo, was traversing from Pagadian
City bound to San Pablo, upon reaching at the abovementioned place, allegedly,
said victim suddenly crossed the road and bumped by the said single motorcycle.
The victim was brought by the responding ambulance to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical
Center, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment, while the driver
together with his driven single motorcycle is now under the custody of Dumalinao
MPS for proper disposition.

of San Miguel MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok 7, Barangay Limonan, San
Miguel, Zambonga Del Sur
at about 10:50 AM of
February 16, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Needyren Martinito Tumatal,
25 years old, married, businessman and a resident of Purok 7, Barangay Limonan,
San Miguel, Zambonga Del Sur. Subject person has pending warrant of arrest for
violation of BP BLG 22 docketed under cc# 17062 issued by Hon. Pablito S.
Pielago Jr., Presiding Judge, Rtc, Branch 2, Pagadian City with bail bond
recommended amounting to P2, 000.00. Arrested subject person is presently
detained at San Miguel MPS for proper disposition.

DUMINGAG - Personnel of
Dumingag MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay San Pedro, Dumingag,
Zamboanga Del Sur
at about 4:45 PM of
February 16, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Felimon Edisa Mayog A.K.A
“Junmar”, 30 years old, married, male, laborer and a residing at Barangay Lower
Landing, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur. Arrested person has pending warrant of
arrest for violation of theft docketed under cc# 5065-d issued by Hon. Crislyn
C. Pangindian, Presiding Judge, 11th MCTC Of Mahayag-Dumingag & Josefina,
9th Judicial Region Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur dated 31st day of January 2017
with bail bond recommended amounted to twelve thousand pesos. (Php12, 000.00). Arrested
subject person is presently detained at Dumingag MPS for proper disposition.

SAN PABLO - Personnel
of San Pablo MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Mabuhay, San Pablo,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:45 AM of February 16, 2017. This resulted to the
arrest of Paterno G Duran, 52 years old, jobless and a resident of Barangay
Mabuhay, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur. Subject person has standing warrant of
arrest issued by Hon. Benjamin Lanzaders, Presiding Judge Of Rtc Branch 22,
Pagadian City, for the crime of RA 9262 docketed under cc#12043-2k15 with bail
bond recommended amounted to P12, 000. Arrested person is presently detained at
San Pablo MPS for proper disposition.

TAMBULIG - Personnel of
Ramon Magsaysay MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Balugo, Tambulig,
Zamboanga Del Sur
at about 2:20 PM of
February 16, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Fernando Villame Bucar, 49
years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 6, Barangay Balugo, Tambulig.
He has standing of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Analyn F. Ramas-Costanilla,
Presiding Judge Of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del
Sur for violation of RA 9262 docketed under cc# 16-10, 1315 dated February 6,
2017. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Ramon Magsaysay MPS for
proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
MIDSALIP - Personnel of
Midsalip MPS conducted joint police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Purok
2, Barangay Buloron, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:15 PM on February 16, 2017. The operation resulted to the
arrest Maevelle Jean Napeñas, 17 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Purok
2, Brgy Buloron, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur. The accused was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified thief under cc no.
2016-10-3227 issued by Hon. Judge Jaime B. Caberte with bail bond recommended
amounted to php60,000.00. Accused is now temporarily detained at said police
station for proper disposition.
Campaign against illegal Gambling
PAGADIAN CITY - Operatives
of Pagadian city police station conducted operation against illegal gambling locally
known as “tong-its” at Purok Bougainvilla, Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur
at about 5:0 PM of
February 16, 2017. The operating team noticed nine (9) persons playing an
illegal card games locally known as “tong-its” with bet money on the table. This
led to the arrest of seven (7) persons identified as Julieto Martillas Caseñas,
62 Years Old, Male, Married, Alberto Caballero Dela Fuente Jr, 56 Years Old,
Widow, Narciso Caballero Limbaga, 58 Years Old, Married, Jaime Bautista Cababaro,
66 Years Old, Married, All Are Residents
Of Purok Bougainvillea, San Pedro, Pagadian City, Leonardo Caballero Purgosa,
57 Years Old, Widow, A Resident Of Purok Hini-Usa, Barangay Lumbia, Pagadain
City, Michael Sanson Bacang, 49 Years
Old, Married, A Resident Of Purok Lacturan, Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City,
And Loraine Mangubat Casil, 37 year old, single, and a resident of Purok San
Fransico, Pagadian City while the two others was able to elude arrest. Confiscated
items were three (3) sets of playing cards and bet money in different
denomination amounting to P127.00. Arrested person is now temporarily detained
at Pagadian CPS for proper disposition..
