PAGADIAN
CITY, (Jan. 14, 2019) - Shooting incident
transpired at Purok 3, Manga, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, at about 11:10
AM of January 13, 2019.
The victim identified as Jhonreyl
Mosqueda Manos, 16 years old, male, single, and a resident of Purok 3, Manga,
Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, He was shot by the suspect Renante Gonzales
Tagle, 35 years old, with live-in, driver, and a resident of Prk 4, Manga,
Pagadian City.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that at around 11:00 o’clock in the morning of January 13, 2019 the
victim with his brother and brother-in-law were harvesting corn at their
cornfields at Prk 3, Manga, Pagadian City.
When the suspect with his two
companions arrived and told the victim’s brother not to run. But instead, the
latter run-away and suddenly the suspect drew his firearm and fired at him.
However, it was the victim who was hit.
The victim sustained gunshot wound
(GSW) in his chest, who managed to run towards Brgy Tulawas, Pagadian City and
was helped by the Brgy officials of said barangay and was then brought to
Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center, Pagadian City for medical treatment.
Upon receipt of the report, detective
personnel of Pagadian City PS immediately conducted hot pursuit operation and
arrested the suspect with the firearms used in the commission of the offense.
Woman
Held in Pagadian City for Deception
PAGADIAN
CITY, (Jan. 13, 2019) - An alleged
other forms of Deceit has transpired at about 11:30 PM of January 12, 2019 at
Megayon, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City.
The victim was identified as Donnabel
Joy Mejia y Ferolino, 40 years old, female, married, vice Mayor of Magsaysay,
Davao del Sur and a resident of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur.
The suspect was identified as Alice
Cabanlit y Simyunn, 56 years old, female, married and a resident of La Verte residence,
Unit 904, South Tower, Sen Gil, Puyat Avenue, Pasay City, Manila.
Investigation disclosed that the
suspect went to Megayon, Dao, Pagadian City and introduced herself as a
representative of Mr. Christopher Lawrence Tesoro Go, (Bong Go for short) at
the event of Philippine Eagles Club Convention being the Special Guest from
Malacañang Palace who is also a Senatorial Candidate for the forthcoming
mid-term election 2019.
Intel and detective personnel of
Pagadian City Police Station deployed at the venue of the Philippine Eagles
Club had a prior suspicion that the suspect was a fake representative of Mr.
Bong Go as well the aide from the office of DND and office of BM Marlyn Revelo.
Certainly, an official representative
of Mr Bong Go in the person of Donnabel Joy Mejia y Ferolino, 40 years old,
female, married, vice Mayor of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur arrived at the venue
and was inform by the Organizer that someone had already represented herself as
the representative of Mr Bong Go that prompted her to monitor and verify the
subject person.
That at around 11:30 o’clock in the
evening of the same date, the victim went to where the suspect checked-in at
Alindahaw Hotel, Rizal Avenue, San Francisco District, Pagadian City, with the
responding police personnel as she confirmed that indeed someone misled in her
behalf.
Suspect is now in protective custody at
Pagadian City Police station while an appropriate charge in court has been
prepared.
Wanted
Person Arrested in Law Enforcement Operation
LABANGAN,
Zamboanga del Sur (Jan. 14, 2019) - Joint
PNP personnel of Labangan MPS and 902nd Maneuvering Company of Regional Mobile Force
Battalion 9 conducted operation against wanted person at Barangay Upper
Sang-an, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:00 PM of January 14, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of the suspect identified as Ronie Balimbingan y Yusop, 51 years old,
married, and a resident of Barangay Upper Sang-an, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest under Criminal Case No. 1724-L and Criminal Case No. 1722-L
issued by Acting Presiding Judge, 9th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of
Labangan-Tukuran, 9th Judicial Region, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur for the
crime of Attempted Homicide and Grave Coercion with bail recommended for the
temporary liberty fixed at Php12,000.00 each Criminal Case with the total of
Php 24,000.00.
Subject Wanted Person is now
temporarily detained at Labangan MPS for proper disposition.
Pedestrian
Died in Non-Vehicular Traffic Accident
RAMON
MAGSAYSAY, Zamboanga del Sur (Jan. 14, 2019) - Non traffic accident
transpired along the old National Highway, near a Church, at Barangay Switch,
Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur at about 5:50 in the afternoon of January
13, 2019.
The accident was involving a single MC,
Suzuki Smash 125 color gas pink with plate number 0901- 0281904 under the name
of Gemme B. Areglo and driven by Jay-Ar Agas Y Main, 34 years old, married and
a resident of Barangay Campo Uno, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur accidentally bumped
a male pedestrian identified as Artemio Acapardo, 69 years old, married , and a
resident of Barangay Switch, Ramon Magasaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Investigation revealed that the male
pedestrian was about to cross the old national highway, near a church
accidentally bumped by the said single MC traversing from Molave, Zamboanga del
Sur going to Aurora Zamboanga Del Sur.
Pedestrian sustained injuries at the
different parts of his head and body that made him unconscious.
Immediately said victim was brought to
Blancia Hospital, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for medical attention but
pronounced dead on arrival according to the attending Physician Dr. Rico
Ocampo.
Furthermore, the driver of single MC
sustained injuries to his right eyebrow and scratches at his left knee and was
brought to Ramon Magsaysay Rural Health Center, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del
Sur for medical attention.
The said driver is now under the
custody of Ramon Magsaysay MPS for proper disposition.
Gun
for Hire Personality Killed in Police Operation
DINAS, Zamboanga del Sur (Jan/ 14, 2019) - Combined police elements
of 902nd Manoeuvring Company of RMFB9, Regional Intelligence Division 9 and
Zamboanga Del Sur PPO-Intel Branch arrested
the Gun for Hire suspect during the conduct of counter strike and/or
Stop-and-Frisk operation at Purok Saging, Barangay Don Jose, Dinas
Municipality, Zamboanga Del Sur at around 9:35 AM of January 13, 2019.
PCSUPT
Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director said that the operation was resulted to the neutralization of a
gun for hire personality after the latter and his unidentified associate opted
to engage the operatives in a brief gunfight.
PCSUPT
Licup identified the fatalities as Jun Delos Reyes Y Estimo Aka Tabilong, 32
years old, married and a resident of Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He sustained
3 gunshot wounds, 2 in right chest and 1 in the abdomen. The unidentified
associate/cohort of the above-named neutralized subject who also shot at the
operatives was able to escape towards Barangay Legarda uno, Dinas, Zamboanga
del Sur. The responding elements conducted hot pursuit of the escaping suspect.
Recovered
evidence are one (1) short Cal 45 Pistol with one(1) Magazine inserted and live
ammunition, three (3) cal 45 fired cartridge and one(1) Caliber 38 Pistol with
four (4) live ammunition and two (2) cal 38 fired cartridge inside.
The
unidentified associate/cohort of the above-named neutralized subject who also
shot at the operatives was able to escape towards Barangay Legarda, Dinas,
Zamboanga Del Sur. He is currently pursued by Team 2 of 902nd MC responding
